Purpose of the Job:


As a Pre-Sales Consultant you are expected to have strong understanding of supply chain challenges and opportunities, and how technology can enable companies to gain competitive advantage by addressing these challenges quickly and effectively. You will work closely with sales, professional services, and executive leadership to turn supply chain challenges into opportunities. Your goal is not just to demonstrate features, but to paint a picture of a future state where the customer’s pain points are resolved. This role is a trusted advisor to our clients, which means we maintain and offer our clients extensive knowledge in the industries we service, the workflows we can augment and deliver superior results that support our clients' strategic objectives.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Become a Trusted Advisor to our existing customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create an opportunity/account strategy, align the Made4net solution with pain points, assist/build ROI presentation(s), and present/demo the solution.
  • Deep Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops not just to gather requirements, but to truly understand the nuance of the customer's business and the friction in their current processes.
  • Behind the Scenes: While the presentation is art, the setup is engineering. You will configure demonstrations and engineer solutions using your technical proficiency.
  • The Narrative Architect: Instead of simply clicking through features, you will craft and deliver demonstrations that follow a storyboard, guiding the customer through a journey from their current struggle to their future success.
  • The "Aha!" Moment Creator: Use your presentation skills to create moments of realization for the client, helping them visualize exactly how Made4net integrates with or replaces their existing ERP, OMS, and automation technologies.
  • Replay & Validate: "Replay" the customer's process back to them to prove you understand their reality, establishing yourself as a Trusted Advisor who "gets it" before you ever pitch a solution.
  • Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends.
  • The Bridge Builder: You will act as a translator, taking complex technical capabilities—like our private cloud/SaaS or on-premise models—and explaining them in a way that resonates with business goals and solves specific pain points.
  • Assist in the development of pricing proposals and communicating to customers/prospects implementation requirements and timelines.
  • Play a critical role in responding to RFI’s and RFPs in the functional, technical, and cloud/security areas.
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales Engineering to develop Pre-Sales Consulting “playbook.”


Required toolkit:

  • Experience: 5+ years of industry, consulting, or Pre-Sales experience (Warehouse/Transportation focus preferred). (Warehouse/Transportation) experience (Pre-Sales preferred)
  • Methodology: Experience with Demo2Win is highly preferred. If you are a natural storyteller without the certification, we are willing to invest in your training.
  • Communication: Outstanding ability to convey industry trends and support messaging with data. You must be comfortable presenting a broad vision to audiences of varying sizes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Logistics, STEM, or a comparable area of study.

We seek a seasoned leader to join the US, Go-To-Market (GTM) team for the Twitch Ads organization within Amazon. This role will report directly to the Director, Global GTM and Brand Safety and be the US leader for developing the unified go-to-market strategy and strategic execution for advertising solutions across Twitch, propelling us to be the top tier solution in live video advertising. He/she will lead the US team and partner with the broader global team setting the total Twitch Ads strategy.

Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Twitch. In particular he/she will:
• Drive the US vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow our GTM approach and across all Amazon Ads video properties.
• Drive adoption of Twitch's advertising offerings, including business management in support of org goals around revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc.
• Develop the US end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Twitch's advertising offerings, alongside sales, product, sponsorships, strategy peers, and One Amazon.
• Aggregate VOC and partner with product teams to drive video solutions for customers and growth for Twitch; produce stack-ranked set of sales priorities, and influence requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product, Sponsorships, & Ads Marketing on Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
• Customize the macro strategy to each sales vertical within the US Twitch Ads team.
• Contribute to the US Agency Upfront process for Amazon, as well as all similar annual processes as they relate to Video.
• Drive sales enablement of both current and new products & capabilities.
• Hire, develop and lead a team of GTM leads.

You start your morning reviewing revenue and ad product performance data — spotting a standout result from an initiative you launched a month ago that becomes your team's win story of the week. By mid-morning, you're in a cross-functional sync with the Twitch product teams, shaping the GTM narrative for an upcoming interactive ad format and pushing back on pricing that undervalues Twitch's endemic audience.

Upfront season means your afternoons are spent pressure-testing the Twitch pitch — crafting a story that leads with the hard-to-reach 18–34 audience Twitch uniquely owns, and positioning the platform as a distinct, premium offering alongside Amazon's broader video portfolio.

Between meetings, you're running a sales enablement session with the Account Executive team, walking through objection handling on brand safety and competitive positioning against other video properties. Later, your team surfaces a recurring theme from advertiser conversations: measurement gaps. You draft a product ask and add it to next week's roadmap review.

You close the day reviewing a draft from a GTM team member — adding feedback, making connections, and setting them up for success. The Upfront deck ships tomorrow. You're ready.

About the team
Twitch is one of the more unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and ad customer segments. Essential Job Summary::

Our Yellow Iron Diesel Technicians/Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, primarily including yellow iron machinery, diesel heavy trucks and engines. The Technician or Mechanic is not only responsible for understanding maintenance and breakdown needs and initiating/ assigning necessary repairs, but also must be able to operate the machinery being repaired. At times, the Technician may be on call and required to assist with emergency breakdowns.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Estimates time and material cost on vehicle repairs and requisition of new parts.
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
  • Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage, and accounting for repair time.
  • Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • This position will have no direct reports, however they will work in collaboration with the other yellow iron diesel mechanic on staff, although on different shifts.
  • Assists Sr. Technicians in the completion of project work.
Requirements and Qualifications::
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • A valid driver’s license is required. CDL a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in job duties.
  • Sanitation or construction industry experience a plus.
  • Computer diagnostic experience as diesel technician a plus.
  • Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
  • Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations.
  • Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with colleagues, drivers and dispatch, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
