Position Description: Quality System Manager
We are seeking a transformative leader to serve as the primary architect of our Quality Management System. In this role, you will bridge the gap between rigorous engineering standards and shop-floor execution, ensuring our electrical distribution equipment meets the highest benchmarks of safety and reliability. Primary Duties:
- Lead the design, modernization, and long-term architecture of the company’s Quality Management System, transforming it into a streamlined, intuitive, and scalable framework that supports rapid manufacturing.
- Bridge rigorous engineering standards with practical shop-floor execution, ensuring quality expectations are clearly translated, consistently applied, and fully understood across all levels of production.

- Implement data-driven decision-making within the QMS, using trends and insights to prioritize improvements and guide operational strategy.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
Skills & Experience:
- 7-10+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering
- 3-5+ years specifically managing or owning a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, audits, and system modernization
- Strong background in ISO 9001, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). Duties include providing guidance to Top Management on the requirements of applicable standards, to ensure products and services meet applicable customer requirements. This position also involves identifying quality issues, using root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve them promptly, and supporting the development and launch of new products and processes. - Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System following industry best practices with the goal of maintaining ISO 9001 certification.

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training and/or certification.
- Demonstrable results in QMS design, implementation, and improvement.
- 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics.

40 hrs Full-time (Flexible) Reports to:Facilities Manager Purpose:Responsible for the daily facility cleaning, maintenance, building equipment inspection and maintenance, minor building repair, and maintaining supply inventories, as they relate to the operations and functionality of the Solon building.
Essential Functions: Perform daily facility custodial responsibilities for the building and grounds.
Emptying trash Wiping counters Checking supplies in restrooms & cafeterias Using various tools in the maintenance shop (Drill Press, Band Saw, etc..) to produce materials for production and engineering.
Perform light maintenance functions.
Change light bulbs Paint Assist maintenance when necessary.
Interface with suppliers and outside contractors to coordinate the maintenance and repair of provided services.
This includes janitorial, food services, grounds maintenance, trash services, etc.
Additional Responsibilities: Clean windows inside and outside.
Purchase maintenance supplies as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager.

Position Description: Buyer/Planner - Ferrous & Non-Ferrous
LayerZero Power Systems is seeking an experienced and highly organized Buyer/Planner to join our team. As the Buyer/Planner, you will be primarily responsible for the ongoing procurement and negotiation of materials, components, equipment, supplies, and services that meet the company's quality standards. This includes sourcing and managing both ferrous & non-ferrous metals used in our manufacturing processes.
In this role, you will evaluate and analyze supplier quotes, negotiate prices, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will assume full responsibility for planning requirements and supply chain management to ensure scheduled deliveries of goods and services within budget and/or standard costs. Additional responsibilities include performing material requirements planning, working with the supply base to ensure material availability, and resolving gaps in availability,
Requirements
Primary Duties:
- Purchase parts, equipment, and materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, by preparing requests for quotations and submitting purchase orders with approved suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and agreements that accurately reflect price, schedule, terms, and conditions as negotiated with suppliers.
- Work with Manufacturing and Process personnel to plan, schedule, and manage rough-cut production capacity load to ensure maximum on-time delivery.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of open purchase orders, quotes, and work orders, including lead times for assigned commodities.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance to plan and supplier performance. Advise appropriate personnel of production issues or impending supplier failures that may delay production or delivery.
- Resolve shipment quality discrepancies by mediating supplier/manufacturing issues, including those related to metal specifications and quality standards.
- Facilitate resolution of issues by arranging and participating in conferences between suppliers and company personnel.
- Maintain schedules, records, and reports pertaining to tracking materials through the production cycle and availability of production resources.
- Negotiate and settle damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering changes with suppliers.
- Assist in executing system transactions needed to support the receipt, storage, and transfer of material.
- Manage inventory levels, generate tracking reports, and perform data entry as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in supplier site visits and evaluate them for production capability, performance, delivery, and other key business criteria. May complete supplier certification as part of a technical and/or quality team.
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in buying, planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabricated metals and coatings processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, detail orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- APICS/ISM certification (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM) a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Position Overview
Looking for a seasoned physician leader to serve as Medical Director and become part of the senior leadership team. This role carries executive-level responsibility for guiding the organization’s clinical direction and ensuring consistent, high-quality wound care services across all affiliated providers and locations.
The Medical Director will shape long-term clinical strategy, oversee provider performance, strengthen compliance efforts, and promote innovation in wound care delivery. While primarily administrative, the role includes ongoing clinical involvement to maintain hands-on oversight and continuity of care.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Strategy & Governance
- Provide leadership and oversight to all contracted physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Supervise APPs in accordance with applicable state laws.
- Define and implement the organization’s clinical mission, standards, and care models.
- Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all service areas.
- Design and update care protocols, infection prevention standards, and clinical policies.
- Drive forward-thinking initiatives such as telehealth integration and advanced biologic therapies.

Provider Oversight & Performance Management

Job Title : Aviation Electronics, Electrical & Computer Systems Technician (AE/AT) Category / Component : Enlisted • Active Overview Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems Technicians keep Navy aircraft mission ready by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical power, avionics, and computer based systems that enable radar, communications, navigation, flight controls, and weapons at sea and ashore.
Qualified Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen and perform in flight systems operations and mission support.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Class A School in Pensacola, Florida, covering aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics fundamentals, and technical skills; assignment after A School into either the Aviation Electrician's Mate or Aviation Electronics Technician rating based on performance and Navy needs; advanced platform specific schools for particular aircraft and mission systems; opportunities to qualify for micro miniature repair and, for volunteers who qualify, to attend Naval Aircrew training.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

- Salary: $44,768.00 per person (approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Qualifications include:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
