Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, PAGA, and FEHA.
