The Cordia San Diego team is seeking a Plant Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the safe, reliable and sustainable operation and maintenance of the San Diego chilled water production plants and distribution systems on a 24/7/365 basis. Reporting to the Southwest General Manager, the Plant Manager will oversee safety, operational reliability and efficiency, maintenance and repair, environmental reporting, capital and expense budget execution, oversight of projects, record keeping and administration, personnel management, training and development, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory agency requirements.

The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians.
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine required.
- Current CA state license required.
- Providers will be cross-credentialed at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares.
The Practice
Imperial Beach Health Center – Imperial Beach, California
- Vituity and Imperial Health Centers are partnering to provide Urgent Care services as their two health centers. The goal is to provide an integrated care model, providing patients with continuity of care in one place for their health journey. The urgent care provides patients with the opportunity to seek and obtain episodic care.
- Hours of Operation: Presently, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
