• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in formulation science

• Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and standard operating procedures

• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to documentation

• Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established protocols

• Competency in using various laboratory equipment and instrumentation

• Understanding of chemistry and chemical engineering principles, including mass-balance calculations

• Rheometer and interfacial measurement experience (preferred)

Previous Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in formulation science or a related field

• Industrial experience in formulation development with pesticides, foods, cosmetics, consumer products, or paints and coatings (preferred)

• Background that includes hands-on laboratory work beyond analytical chemistry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific field
