Project Architect
Location: Tacoma, WA (Historic Stadium District)
Salary Range: $95,000 – $145,000

We are currently seeking a Licensed Project Architect with 10+ years of experience, specifically with public sector project experience, who can lead technical execution and guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept through construction. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tacoma, WA.
We are seeking a technically strong architect who thrives in coordination, documentation, permitting, and consultant leadership. This role emphasizes technical delivery and project coordination rather than design leadership.
The Role
The Project Architect will serve as the technical anchor for public projects, leading coordination efforts from concept through construction. This individual must be confident navigating permitting agencies, coordinating consultants across multiple disciplines, and managing complex stakeholder environments in addition to leading the technical development of construction documents.
You should be comfortable conveying technical decisions clearly and confidently — to clients, consultants, jurisdictions, contractors, and internal teams — ensuring alignment, constructability, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and coordination of construction documents
- Oversee quality control and documentation standards
- Guide projects through jurisdictional permitting and multi-agency approvals
- Coordinate closely with consultants across disciplines
- Support project managers with scope, schedule, and delivery alignment
- Participate in construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits, field resolution)
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Ensure constructability and code compliance across all phases
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and public agencies
- Experience with alternate delivery methods is a plus, but not required.

- Current architectural licensure (required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Quality West, the Regional Quality Manager will work closely with our Concrete Hardscape and Masonry product plants within your region. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily QC functions including process inspections, final product inspections, scheduling of support personnel, reporting on regular basis to management team with respect to processes improvements, repetitive quality defects, non-conforming products, and other quality concerns. Additionally, the Regional Quality Manager must demonstrate the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels of the organization and work as a team player to efficiently deliver quality goals on schedule and within budget.

- This position is hybrid and this person will be based at our manufacturing facility in Tacoma, WA.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formula, mix design accuracy at all plants and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain formulas that will produce quality products at the most efficient cost
- Build and maintain standards for quality control processes & quality assurance programs
- Monitor quality assurance testing and provide updates to leadership
- Coordinate required testing for finished goods and raw materials
- Assist product managers as needed
- Assist plants with line studies to determine consistency of products
- Evaluate raw materials
- Assist plants with trial runs of any new products
- Look for opportunities to improve products by optimizing formulas.
- Train plant QC personnel and machine operators as needed
- Perform root cause analysis for poor test results and customer complaints
- Develop corrective actions with various teams
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with ASTM and CSA specifications that relate to concrete products and raw materials
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique
- Production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective procurement, manufacture, and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of procurement requests for proposal and negotiation
- Travel requirements up to 50% (US & Canada)
- Bilingual preferred (English, French, Spanish)
- Previous experience with change leadership and program implementation
Compensation
- Base salary $90,000-$120,000

How You'll Make an Impact:
As a member of DispatchHealth?s Transition to Practice Fall 2025 Program Cohort, you?ll work alongside other program fellows across the country to put your skills from your Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training and advanced degree into practice. You?ll gain experience in an intensive nine-month training and learning program to prepare you to see patients independently and enable you for success. You?ll work side by side in your market and connect with your cohort colleagues across the country. Additionally, you will be trained and mentored by Advanced Practice leaders from around the country. They will provide comprehensive education, training, and feedback on how to care for the acutely ill patient as you participate in transforming healthcare, one patient at a time. Interviews for the next cohort will start end of May 2025 and the program will begin September 15th, 2025.
Compensation: This fellowship program has a training rate of $57.60/hour (non-exempt). After 6 months of successful performance, compensation transitions to a salary of $131,040.00(exempt).
What You'll Do:
For your first portion of the program, you will participate in intensive classroom didactic and skills sessions and receive one-on-one in person training, guided by a seasoned provider while caring for patients in our unique care delivery model(s). Additional programmatic elements include learning documentation best practices, receiving coaching & mentoring, 1:1 feedback, and virtual case study work with your cohort.

Located in Hershey, PA, Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a top-notch home and school where over 2,200 pre-K through 12th grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided an extraordinary, cost-free, career-focused education. This is made possible by the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, who established the school in 1909 and ensured it was fully endowed. Thanks to their foresight and generosity, the school has over 12,000 graduates and continues to expand to serve more students.
MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
Benefits include:
- Salary: $44,768.00 per person (approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Qualifications include:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
