A global healthcare technology company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will support digital programs targeting healthcare professionals, helping move them from awareness to deeper engagement while enabling sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and deploy emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio), ensuring brand accuracy and mobile responsiveness.
- Configure and manage multi-step journeys in Journey Builder, including timing, wait steps, and entry rules.
- Use Decision Splits and basic branching logic to personalize paths based on engagement and audience criteria.
- Create and maintain data extensions, segmented audiences, and suppression lists; perform basic data validation.
- Set up and monitor basic automations in Automation Studio (imports, file drops, audience refreshes).
- Pull performance metrics (delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes) and support A/B tests for continuous optimization.
- Partner with marketing, creative, compliance, analytics, and sales to deliver campaigns on time and within established processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
