The Opportunity
This posting is for multiple P&C Actuarial Analyst positions on the pricing, indications, and forecasting teams. Experienced analyst responsible for independently applying actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects and serves as a technical subject matter expert on assigned tasks.

As a Power BI Analytics Developer on our Data Insights & Innovation team, the candidate will be a key player from day one. The role offers hands-on experience in building real reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI that users need to make critical decisions. The candidate will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

What You’ll Do
Manage Projects from Kickoff Through Installation
- Plan and coordinate all phases of signage and graphics projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope remain aligned.

- Proactively identify risks and develop solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Work closely with installation teams (internal and subcontracted) to support project execution.
- Coordinate site surveys, documentation, logistics, and installation planning.
Support Field Operations
- Ensure installation crews have accurate plans, access details, and materials.
- Manage scheduling, equipment needs, and on-site issue escalation.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure finished work matches the intended design.
Champion Safety, Quality, and Process Improvements
- Promote safe work practices across all field operations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and delivery processes.
Who You Are

You bring:
- Five or more years of experience in signage, large-format graphics, construction, installation coordination, or similar project environments.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Process and inspect investment castings to customer specifications.
- Cross-train in all methods of NDT (VT, PT, RT-digital, UTT) used internally.
- May perform rework as needed.
- Train other employees in NDT techniques when qualified and directed by Responsible Level 3.
- Perform audits (internal and source).
- Interface with production to provide necessary NDT support levels.
What You Bring
- A high school Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in at least one of the following NDT disciplines is preferred: X-ray, FPI, and Visual Inspection.
- General knowledge of other NDT disciplines and experience with investment casting is a plus.
