Diesel Technician

We are hiring a Diesel Technician for a well established company with a strong and consistent workload.

As a Diesel Technician, you will work on heavy equipment, performing both preventative maintenance and major repairs. This role focuses on diagnosing issues efficiently, minimizing downtime, and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00++ Per Hour

Location: Greater Tampa Bay area

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines on heavy equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Adjust priorities to handle urgent repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

What You Need

• 5+ years of diesel engine repair experience (required)
• Experience working on heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (10+ hour days when needed)
• Occasional weekend work
• Minimal travel
