Our Yellow Iron Diesel Technicians/Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, primarily including yellow iron machinery, diesel heavy trucks and engines. The Technician or Mechanic is not only responsible for understanding maintenance and breakdown needs and initiating/ assigning necessary repairs but also must be able to operate the machinery being repaired. At times, the Technician may be on call and required to assist with emergency breakdowns.

• Maintains advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy equipment (heavy equipment includes but not limited to: yellow iron machinery, tractor trailers, forklifts, and other diesel trucks)
• Performs repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services.
• Estimates time and material cost on vehicle repairs and requisition of new parts.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
• Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage, and accounting for repair time.
• Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• This position will have no direct reports, however they will work in collaboration with the other yellow iron diesel mechanic on staff, although on different shifts.
• Assists Sr. Technicians in the completion of project work.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license is required. CDL a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in job duties.
• Sanitation or construction industry experience a plus.
• Computer diagnostic experience as diesel technician a plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
• Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with colleagues, drivers and dispatch, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
• Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
• Must be able to provide own tools

Work Environment

• We are continuously investing in equipment, and many of our trucks are less than 2 years old.
• Potentially hazardous work environment with many moving parts and machinery; must always be alert of surroundings.
• Only during breakdowns will this position be required to enter transfer station loading/ dumping area.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• The Yellow Iron Diesel Technician/Mechanic may be required to lift upwards to 50 pounds. Frequent squatting and standing are required.

The Role: Executive Services Associate / Team Support

The Executive Services Associate is a great client service role to accelerate or start your career and give you valuable training and exposure to all departments with direct contact to clients. S/he will closely support the Executive Services team by liaising with executives regarding reporting, data and analytics, communicating regarding clients’ online investment and compensation plan accounts, facilitating the set-up and execution of related events and communications.

Ongoing responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with Financial Services executives via phone and email regarding online client requests
• Act as Team Support to help at the front desk in answering calls, assisting with administrative tasks, booking meetings and travel, maintaining and restocking office kitchen, and other special projects as needed.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex issues or concerns received from executives with input from various internal or external teams.
• Special projects or any other requests by the Executive Services Manager.

• Work with clients’ HR and Recruiting departments to assess and perform valuations of deferred compensation awards held by potential hires/new hires.
• Communicate with clients’ HR, Recruiting and Legal departments to resolve general inquiries relating to client request
• Coordinate the resolution of complex issues or concerns received from executives with input from various internal or external teams.
• Compile and deliver executive, plan and award related data analytics to clients.
• Analyze business inefficiencies and assist with process (re)engineering.

Summary of Position

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. This role oversees the design, governance, and enforcement of policies and technologies that secure identities and access across all systems, applications, and cloud environments. The IAM Program Lead protects sensitive information and critical assets by managing the full identity lifecycle and enforcing secure, least privileged access.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures that meet legal, regulatory, and industry best practice requirements.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.

• Continuously improve IAM processes to address evolving security threats.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and legal teams to investigate and remediate incidents.

• Support the design, deployment, and enforcement of IAM technologies-including identity governance, authentication services, SSO/MFA, directories, and privileged access tools.

• Ensure adherence to security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory requirements.

• Regularly evaluate and enhance IAM capabilities across identity lifecycle, governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access domains.

• Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, cloud, and security teams to promote IAM best practices and optimize user experience.

• Maintain awareness of emerging IAM technologies, threats, and trends to sustain a modern, resilient IAM program.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity Security or IAM domain.

• Handson experience across IAM and PAM platforms, including Privileged Access Management tools and Identity Governance & Administration solutions such as SailPoint.

• Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA processes, SSO, identity federation, and IAM authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).

• Experience designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and enterprise access provisioning strategies.

• Experience implementing IAM and PAM capabilities across cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with familiarity in Zero Trust principles including Identity, Device Posture, application access & continuous verification.

• Knowledge of modern IAM trends and security practices.

• Experience with DevSecOps aligned automation, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to bring best practices, insights, and innovations to technical and business discussions.

• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for stakeholders at all levels.

The base salary range for this position is$85,000 - $105,000. We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.

The primary duties associated with this position include:

• The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
• Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
• Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
• Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
• Write and review related reports for the services provided.
• Scoping projects and assisting project managers with proposal creation.
• Serving as a Quality Control reviewer for the designs of team members.

• Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:
