Electrical Contractor located in Northern Bergen County, NJ seeking a full-time Estimator/Project Manager for commercial projects varying in size throughout the NYC and Tri-State Areas.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Interpret job bid instructions, technical specifications, and architectural construction prints that are necessary in creating accurate electrical pricing for projects.
- Maintain and log incoming/outgoing bids and meet the deadlines for providing pricing to customers.
- Process and distribute critical/technical information and procured material to the labor force actively building projects.
- Preparation and maintenance of RFI/CO logs over the course of an active project.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year degree minimum.
- Degree in engineering/construction is a plus.

The Role:
We're looking for an Estimator with specific finish carpentry experience who is ready to work in a fast-paced culture. The Finish Carpentry Estimator will be responsible for all aspects of preparing hard bid construction cost estimates. Responsibilities include plan take-offs, estimating, proposal preparation, negotiations, pre-construction coordination, client relations, and bid tracking. The Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project documents, understand project logistics, understand project schedule, and develop scopes of work.

- Work with Five Star Millwork LLC management and field operation teams to estimate labor production rates, identify project efficiencies, and identify alternate approaches.

Cimolai-HY is seeking experienced Submerged Arc Welders. A skilled professional position specializing in joining pieces of steel together using submerged arc welding. The welder's primary responsibility is to ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded metal components and that their welds meet or exceed industry standards. A Submerged Arc Welder performs welding tasks using the submerged arc welding process, which involves feeding a continuous electrode wire into the welding area while a flux covers the weld. Ensure proper setup of welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding parameters such as voltage, current, and wire feed speed.

We’re seeking a Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Processor who understands the complexity of New Jersey and New York transactions and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The Opportunity
This is not a high-volume, assembly-line processing role. Instead, you will manage a carefully balanced pipeline of loans, ensuring each file is structured properly, submitted cleanly, and closed on time.
You will work directly with experienced loan officers, local Realtors, title companies, and attorneys to guide files from application through clear-to-close.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential pipeline across NJ, NY, and CT
- Review and analyze income (including self-employed and complex borrowers), assets, credit, and collateral documentation
- Structure loans according to investor and wholesale lender guidelines
- Submit clean, complete files to underwriting
- Clear conditions efficiently and communicate proactively with all parties
- Coordinate with title companies and attorneys (NY/NJ closing processes experience strongly preferred)
- Ensure compliance with TRID and state-specific regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate updates in the Loan Origination System (Encompass or similar)
- Deliver an exceptional borrower experience from contract to close
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience in a mortgage broker or non-delegated lender environment
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM products
- Familiarity with NJ and NY closing processes (attorney states)
- Experience working with multiple wholesale lenders
- Strong income calculation skills (self-employed, commission, bonus, multi-property borrowers)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and communication skills

Essential Job Summary::Our Yellow Iron Diesel Technicians/Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, primarily including yellow iron machinery, diesel heavy trucks and engines. The Technician or Mechanic is not only responsible for understanding maintenance and breakdown needs and initiating/ assigning necessary repairs, but also must be able to operate the machinery being repaired. At times, the Technician may be on call and required to assist with emergency breakdowns.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Estimates time and material cost on vehicle repairs and requisition of new parts.
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
- Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage, and accounting for repair time.
- Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- This position will have no direct reports, however they will work in collaboration with the other yellow iron diesel mechanic on staff, although on different shifts.
- Assists Sr. Technicians in the completion of project work.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- A valid driver’s license is required. CDL a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in job duties.
- Sanitation or construction industry experience a plus.
- Computer diagnostic experience as diesel technician a plus.
- Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
- Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations.
- Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with colleagues, drivers and dispatch, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
- Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
- Must be able to provide own tools
Work Environment
- We are continuously investing in equipment, and many of our trucks are less than 2 years old.
- Potentially hazardous work environment with many moving parts and machinery; must always be alert of surroundings.
- Only during breakdowns will this position be required to enter transfer station loading/ dumping area.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
- The Yellow Iron Diesel Technician/Mechanic may be required to lift upwards to 50 pounds. Frequent squatting and standing are required.
