This exciting position offers a structured schedule, predictable call schedule, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new facility: Structured Schedule with Call: Maintain a consistent work-life balance with weekday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM .

Manage call responsibilities on a predictable schedule , including every other night and every 3rd weekend , with a 20-minute response time .

Independent Practice: Work independently under CRNA practice guidelines , fostering a collaborative team environment with colleagues.

Extensive Case Mix: Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of specialties, including: Endoscopy Obstetrics & Gynecology Pediatrics ENT General Surgery Orthopedics Ophthalmology Podiatry Proficiency in Techniques: Demonstrate expertise in performing spinals, blocks, and epidurals .

Streamlined Credentialing (for Temps): Temporary positions are available for CRNAs with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license.

Credentialing for permanent positions typically takes approximately 60-90 days .

Detailed Case Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records with a paper-based charting system during this transitional period.

Supportive Team Environment: Integrate into a team of 2 providers working across 3 operating rooms in a new and growing facility.

Advanced Life Support Certifications: Hold current certifications required by the state.

Vaccination Required: Be up-to-date on vaccinations, with accommodations for religious or medical exemptions.

Specific Licensure Requirements: Hold a valid Kansas Patient Care Fund (KPCF) contribution.

The clinician will manage standard bread-and-butter anesthesia including endoscopy, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, neuro, total joints, orthopedics, GI, podiatry, and urology procedures across six points of service. The position operates under supervision model with one physician overseeing seven CRNAs, requiring board certification with no call obligations. The anesthesia team provides coverage for four rooms under medical direction and two CRNA-only rooms daily in this surgery center environment.
