Job Description:

  • In this role, you will ensure product continuity of supply for all materials that fall under your assigned portfolio of products. This portfolio can include the following types of materials: finished goods, work in process (WIP), raw materials, and packaging components.
  • You will collaborate and partner with the manufacturing sites to ensure supply plans can be successful fulfilled by monitoring capacity, component availability and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service challenges.
  • Manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.
  • The planner is responsible for advising management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for existing products as well as for future launches. In addition, the planner is expected to escalate any issues that will impact the organization’s ability to meet customer needs and/or fulfill targeted supply plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate as Lead Planner for key strategic sites leading all supply planning related discussions.
  • Scheduling / Plant Production –Develop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide to the manufacturing sites on a prescribed schedule. Collaborate with assigned sites to develop short-term production schedules by taking into consideration site constraints, customer service and inventory targets. Execute planning scenarios in support of meeting customer service and/or inventory targets with a focus on minimizing E&O inventory, as appropriate.
  • Capacity - Handle long term planning for strategic suppliers and participate in supplier capacity reviews.
  • Inventory & Service - Deploy inventory planning strategies to maintain and improve service levels and optimize inventory investment. Actively participate in annual Entitlement activities to set inventory goals. Actively resolve SLOB disposition.
  • New Products & Product Changes - Actively participate in cross-functional team to ensure planning milestones are completed on time and to achieve an appropriate balance between base business and project requirements to ensure customer service and inventory targets are met. Ensure that supply plans are developed (and communicated to the appropriate site) which are achievable, aligned to the project timeline and deliverables and support meeting launch inventory targets, and are inclusive of any promotional activities. Support Master Data setup in SAP/APO.


Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional business experience is required, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Production Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation.
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate to advance skill level is required. Proficiency to utilize Excel charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP features without coaching/guidance.
  • Handle multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in inventory management, SAP APO, or SAP ECC


Skills:

  • Production Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, Science or a related field demonstrating foundational technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for both residential and commercial claims

This is a Remote-Field position in which you will work from home and utilize a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Although the primary work location is in the field, with a commutable distance from home, there will be opportunities for virtual work to be completed at home. Additionally, there may be occasions where you will be required to travel outside your assigned area to assist in other territories.  

Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need. Successful candidates are able and willing to work flexible schedules and may be asked to work overtime and/or irregular hours.   


Qualifications

Competitive candidates must demonstrate:

  • Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in property claims
  • Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial building construction
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in your assigned territory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Proven effective communication skills to handle difficult/emotional conversations with a customer-minded focus
  • Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools 
  • Physical agility to allow for: frequent lifting, carrying and climbing a ladder; ability to navigate roofs at various heights for inspection of both residential and commercial structures; ability to crawl in tight spaces
  • May be required to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training.
  • A valid driver's license is required

The Obstetrics and Gynecology program at Jersey Shore University Medical Center is ranked #1 in New Jersey and #35 nationally. Education and Mentorship: Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum in gynecology and urogynecology for residents. Provide expert supervision to Ob/Gyn residents in all facets of urogynecological care and actively participate in didactic conferences with residents and medical students.
? Surgical Training: Foster a hands-on learning environment by allowing residents to assist in all urogynecological surgical cases, ensuring a structured progression of their surgical responsibilities.
? Academic Engagement: Guide residents in developing clinical research projects, complete timely resident evaluations, and regularly attend and host Journal Club meetings.
? Clinical Practice: Perform urogynecological surgery, including for indigent patients, to ensure high-quality care for the entire community.
? Practice Growth: Collaborate with the practice manager and staff to ensure efficient operations. Build strong relationships with other physicians and participate in community outreach, such as health fairs and educational seminars.
? Collaboration: Develop and nurture professional relationships with physicians and staff at JSUMC and other Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) campuses, including Ocean University Medical Center (OUMC), to promote practice growth to Bayshore Medical Center (BMC).

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.
