Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Who you are:
BA/BSc or equivalent essential
3+ years of experience in a complex sales environment, where multiple clients are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution based selling approach plus 1 year leadership experience
A proven track record of verifiable sales success driving growth with a consultative, strategic selling approach Experienced in working in a fast paced and targeted environment, with high team interaction, routinely interacting with customers, manufacturers and colleagues

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$69,000.00 - $117,530.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for chemical, disinfectant, and antimicrobial products.
- Develop and execute global regulatory strategies for product lifecycles and market expansion.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings prior to agency submission.
- Manage EPA reporting, FDA annual volume reporting, and state registrations/renewals.
- Review product labels, maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and provide regulatory input on new formulations.

ASH material‐handling systems support power, biomass, and pulp & paper facilities where continuous‐run industrial environments demand high equipment reliability. The Industrial OEM Project Manager leads the execution of engineered equipment orders and serves as the central interface between customers and internal teams including engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, quality, field service, and supply chain. The role ensures technical accuracy, contractual compliance, and on‐time delivery across the ASH portfolio.
Role Overview
The Project Manager oversees full lifecycle execution of customer orders for engineered ASH/material‐handling equipment. This includes coordination across engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, logistics, and quality to ensure delivery that meets scope, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead project execution from kickoff through final turnover.
• Maintain schedule, cost, and scope baselines; manage changes.
• Provide accurate internal and external progress reporting.
• Validate POs, quotations, and deliverables; oversee contract terms.
• Coordinate engineering outputs for manufacturability and compliance.
• Manage quality documentation including ITPs, weld maps, NDE, and pressure tests.
• Oversee vendor RFQs, subcontractor performance, expediting, and logistics.
• Identify risks early; implement mitigation strategies.
• Track margin drivers and project performance.
• Ensure structured, consistent communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Mgmt OR 5+ years industrial/OEM project management experience.
• Proven technical and commercial project leadership.
• Experience coordinating with fabrication/manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of ASME/AWS requirements and QA documentation.
• Experience managing ITPs, weld maps, NDE, and pressure testing.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Oracle.
Professional Skills:
• Strong communication and documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
