Assists and supports clients in activities of daily living (ADLS/IADLS), and structured day program.

The Structured day facilitator I has the responsibility for assessing, planning and implementing structured day services to individuals in the program. This service is primarily provided on a group basis onsite and in the community. Structured day program services include supervision and specific training which may include social skills training sensory/motor development reduction/elimination of maladaptive behavior and preparing the individual for community reintegration (teaching concepts such as compliance, attending, tasks completion, problem solving, safety, money management, etc.).

Minimum Requirements for Structured Day Facilitator:

Required: Be 18 years of age or older

Be free from a medical condition, including drug or alcohol addiction, which would limit direct care staff persons from providing necessary personal care services with reasonable skill and safety.

Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: Required: A minimum of five years' experience working with people with disabilities

The Structural Steel Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components and systems on ships and marine vessels. What You Will Be Doing



  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Fabricate and assemble structural components, such as bulkheads, frames, and hull sections, using various metalworking techniques and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, and shape metal components to precise specifications.
  • Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Install and fit components and systems, including piping, ventilation ducts, and machinery supports, in accordance with project plans and specifications.

  • You will install and fit parts on ships and locate positions of pieces by reference to water line, center lines, frame lines and other reference points.

  • You will lay out shell, deck and bulkhead plates, I-beams, channel bar, angle bar, and other structural shapes, gun rings, struts, framing, and foundation structures and other parts from blueprints and mold loft templates.
