Assist the client in the acquisition, improvement and retention of skills necessary to support the individual to live successfully in their own home. Assists and supports clients in activities of daily living (ADLS/IADLS), and structured day program.
The Structured day facilitator I has the responsibility for assessing, planning and implementing structured day services to individuals in the program. This service is primarily provided on a group basis onsite and in the community. Structured day program services include supervision and specific training which may include social skills training sensory/motor development reduction/elimination of maladaptive behavior and preparing the individual for community reintegration (teaching concepts such as compliance, attending, tasks completion, problem solving, safety, money management, etc.).
Minimum Requirements for Structured Day Facilitator:
Required: Be 18 years of age or older
Be free from a medical condition, including drug or alcohol addiction, which would limit direct care staff persons from providing necessary personal care services with reasonable skill and safety.
Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Required: A minimum of five years' experience working with people with disabilities

Job Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of the machine line performance, making adjustments to the machines to improve its performance.
- Identification of equipment or process improvements opportunities, clearly communicating ideas, supporting and initiative to make the necessary change(s).
- Working in close collaboration with the production Machine Operator(s)s on the line, training/teaching/mentoring them. Able to engage, train and teach production floor employees on troubleshooting and corrections to equipment.
- Working in close collaboration with the Maintenance Mechanic(s), Maintenance Manager(s) and Site Manager ensuring seamless communication about ongoing issues, potential opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting with installing/set up, upkeep of equipment and any new equipment, adjustments and repair production equipment. Test malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs and discuss with manager(s) for approval and repairs as needed. Replace faulty parts, electrical wires, motors, controls and circuit boards.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks needed.
- Ensures and follows all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Observe mechanical devices and equipment and listen to sounds to determine proper functioning or identify causes of trouble. Effective troubleshooting of equipment issues.
- Set up and monitor maintenance plans for all plants/locations from 52 week schedule.
- Follow all company policies and procedures at all times.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent in training, education or experience or related field, plus 5 years related experience and/or training in related functions; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 5 + years of demonstrated track record of driving improvements in operations or related field.
- Prior experience in multi-site production/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Electrical and mechanical background/aptitude and ability are essential.
- Experience with Vorne System/Data, Hammer & Premier Tech manufacturing lines and equipment.
- Experience with bagging equipment, conventional and robotic palletizers, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
- Millwright experience is a plus.
- Ability to read/interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step by step instructions.
- Adequate computer skills to accurately document repairs and preventative maintenance practices.
- Communication skills that work with both a frontline manufacturing environment and executive team.
- Must be able to travel 75%-85% of the time, including overnight stays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to FMCSA and H&K Safety policies
- Drives truck under loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water and starts mixer
- Drives truck to location for unloading
- Moves levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other conveying container or directly into area to be poured with concrete
- Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck
- Sprays surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete
- Assembles cement chute
- Performs daily pre and post trip of vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
- Class B CDL
- Good driving record
- 1 year of experience tri-axle driver
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able and willing to work nights and weekends, and be adaptable to start time and schedule based on business needs
- Problem solving
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
- 3 years of experience tri-axle driver
- Experience working in a quarry, heavy civil construction, or other outdoor industrial setting
- Strong preference for concrete transportation and manufacturing
- OSHA or other relevant safety certification

Rahns Concrete is a major supplier of ready-mix and precast concrete products to eastern Pennsylvania (PA) and the surrounding three-state (NY, NJ, and DE) region. Rahns currently operates eight permanent ready-mix concrete plants across eastern PA. Additionally, we own and operate portable ready-mix plants which can be set up anywhere throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region to provide on-site ready-mix products for large construction projects. Rahns also manufactures precast concrete products at its Rahns, PA location and produces all standard precast products. Rahns can also fabricate large custom precast structures for bridges, box culverts, and other complex civil structures.
