The Composite Technician IV performs complex composite fabrication and repair work on aircraft structures and components. This role requires proficiency in complex lay-ups, curing processes, and cutting/trimming operations, operating and working closely with leads, engineering, and quality teams.

This role involves executing composite operations and ensuring high-quality standards in fabrication and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute composite operations: hand lay-up (pre-preg and wet), vacuum bagging, trimming, and finishing.
- Prepare molds and tools by cleaning, applying release agents, and setting up materials.
- Trim and finish composite parts using hand and power tools to meet engineering specifications.
- Perform repairs on composite components following defined procedures and drawings, ensuring build accuracy.
- Inspect completed parts for defects, perform minor repairs, and document results before presenting for final QA inspection.
- Read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and process documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling materials (resins, prepregs, solvents) and operate in controlled environments, ensuring all work is completed within quality, safety, and time standards.
- Perform most tasks independently, escalating complex or cross-functional issues.
- Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Composites manufacturing or repair experience in aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Coordinates, and conducts performance-based operations Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
- Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Must achieve Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification within 18 months of assuming the position.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous Equipment Operator with 6 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
- Associate's degree in technical discipline, education, or training with 4 years of nuclear technical background or 6 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
- Current or previous licensed Reactor Operator or SRO certification with 4 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or related science, education or training with 3 years of nuclear technical background or 4 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
- Current or previous SRO license
- The requirements as outlined above meet or exceed ANSI/ANS-3.1-2 Standard, "Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants"
- Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the execution of power utility construction projects. This role bridges the gap between field operations and senior project management, providing hands-on coordination, schedule tracking, and cost monitoring for distribution, transmission, and substation work. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in utility construction and is ready to take on a broader project leadership role.
- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing out utility construction projects, including overhead/underground distribution and transmission systems.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; assist in tracking progress against baseline and using earned value principles for performance evaluation.
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation such as work plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure safety compliance, and verify quality standards.
- Participate in internal and client-facing project meetings; document and distribute meeting notes and action items.
- Assist in reviewing invoices, tracking project costs, and preparing billing documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a project coordination or field support role within utility or infrastructure sectors, preferred
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and utility standards (e.g., NESC, NEC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to scheduling or project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) is a plus.
- Understanding of basic earned value tracking and project performance indicators.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both in the office and on active job sites; travel may be required.
Preferred Skills:
- OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, or other relevant safety certifications.
- Experience working with investor-owned utilities or municipal power agencies.

The Field Engineer I assists in ensuring construction project activities comply with company and contract requirements and supports the overall project schedule by providing technical support for construction, including participation in planning, execution, quality control, and completion of the work.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power utility construction projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, including safety, cost, schedule, quality, client relationships, and team leadership. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key liaison between clients, internal leadership, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of electrical distribution, transmission, and substation construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably within utility infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex utility projects with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
