Job Description Identify opportunities to improve foundational ERP and Supply Chain Planning system functionalities and develop integration points at a global scale.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Knowles seeks a motivated and creative individual to work in a fast-paced, market-oriented R&D team environment, developing MEMS technology for microphones and related mobile platform applications. A strong preference will be given to individuals with experience in MEMS process integration/process transfer and characterization of MEMS devices. Individuals will also be expected to have expertise in the knowledge of the foundry integration process, the basic of MEMS technology, data mining, statistical analysis, troubleshooting, failure prediction, DOE setup. Candidate will be expected to offer creative insights and solutions for R&D and production problems, to characterize and design MEMS process windows, to help execute and analyze statistical designed experiments and to carry out written and oral reporting.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface with MEMS wafer foundry partners to execute on new product introductions (NPI) work.
- The basic concepts of the semiconductor foundry processes are a must requirement.
- Fast-reacted and responsible for any new issues and work closely with foundry suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand issues and drive the root cause for each issue to achieve a stable high volume mass production products.
- Create and analyze statistically designed experiments to effectively evaluate process corners to identify major risks and ensure margin for high volume applications.
- Develop and implement techniques for gathering and analyzing large data sets to identify currently unknown relationships between in-line metrics and final device performance.
- Candidate with Failure analysis skills (SEM, FIB, TEM, SIMS, FTIR, Raman, etc.) is plus.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master Degree or above in Engineering field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics).
- Candidate with Master degree must have 7 years’ process experience in MEMS or semiconductor industrial field. Candidate with PhD degree must have minimum 3 years’ process experience in MEMS or semiconductor industrial field
- Candidate with MEMS/semiconductor/display process integration and process transfer expertise is plus.
- Statistical analysis software experience such as JMP, SAS, Minitab is preferred.
- A strong background in communication, negotiation, DOE setup, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Characterization/failure analysis experience in SEM, FIB, surface science analysis, interferometry, electrical testing, etc. is plus.
- Knowledgeable with scripting languages; including python and JMP JSL is plus.
- Ability to travel overseas occasionally and participate in evening calls with Asia

With direction from Ecommerce and Medline leadership, this individual will manage and grow a team of I/S professionals, influence technical strategic direction, interface with counterparts in IS to build Ecommerce systems.
The primary function of the Ecommerce Delivery Manager is to lead a team that builds and maintains Ecommerce systems for Medline.
The Delivery Manager must come from the Ecommerce space and have a strong technical background in full digital commerce stack including but not limited to Ecommerce engines.
Challenges will include an ongoing strategic technology expansion; onboarding and team building; vendor management and the ability to transition the existing team to industry standard DevOps practices.
The Delivery Manager must possess the ability to partner with the business stakeholders in assessing needs of the organization and managing expectations for engineering and support solutions for as is and to be states.
Current technology stack skills can be acquired however, the candidate must demonstrate a record of success in developing, operationalizing and supporting a world class Ecommerce B2B portfolio.
Responsibilities: • Build and manage team to support high volume business to business (B2B) Ecommerce website ( ).
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to build distributed cloud native applications and the hands-on ability to lead by example.

• Assist in managing service integrator and other technology vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Architecture team in devising the best architecture and designs including an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability and security.
• Make technology recommendations related to Ecommerce B2B environment • Reinforce guiding principles and ensure the infrastructure architecture validity to support business functions and future growth • Work with internal business users to refine Medline’s Ecommerce B2B roadmap as well as provide a world class platform for realizing the roadmap • Develop highly integrated processes across all Ecommerce DevOps functions Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar • Experience managing the development practices of a high-traffic B2B website.
• 10+ years of industry experience in delivering various ecommerce applications with hands-on experience on packages like Azure, Bloomreach, SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG Commerce, etc.
Distributed technology stack on cloud platforms preferred • 4+ years’ experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • 3+ years of progressive staff management and development experience • Hands on experience in Cloud API and micro-services distributed design, development & deployment using any of the cloud platforms • Experience in front-end tools and technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS etc.) • Experience in common frameworks like SpringBoot, JPA, RESTful Web Services, etc.

The Lead System Analyst supports the Platform Services Manager by owning technical execution standards, guiding analysts and contractors, and translating platform risks, constraints, and trade-offs into actionable plans aligned with team strategy and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities 1) Platform Operations Leadership & Environment Readiness Own platform operational health and readiness outcomes across development, test, and production environments.
Establish, document, and enforce platform standards for configuration, readiness validation, and operational practices.
Review and guide system design, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting performed by analysts and partner resources.
Identify systemic risks and drive preventative improvements before issues impact production.

Where appropriate and approved, contribute to building or refining internal copilots/agents (e.g., via Copilot Studio) to streamline support workflows and self-service access to operational knowledge.
