  • Demonstrated success building and sustaining consultative, trust based client relationships, serving as the primary client lead for multi phase or multi country initiatives.
  • Strong command of survey operations and fieldwork workflows, with familiarity in research methodology, sampling logic, and data interpretation concepts (preferred but not required).
  • Hands on experience with survey platforms, including Forsta Surveys (Decipher), and the ability to guide clients and internal teams in platform usage and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences and influence decision making.
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including strong MS Office fluency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and comfort working with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Teamwork, and Slack.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience supporting account growth, building budgets, forecasting, and managing project margins.

About the Position
The Air District is currently accepting applications for the position of Hearing Board Member. This is an open recruitment for five (5) Hearing Board Member, volunteer position.

The Hearing Board is established by state law and consists of five members and their alternates - an attorney, a professional engineer, a member from the medical profession and two members of the public.

The Air District is currently recruiting for the following five (5) Hearing Board seats:

  • Alternate member in the Medical category
  • Principal member in the Professional Engineer category (Must have PE certification upon applying)
  • Alternate member in the Professional Engineer category (Must have PE certification upon applying)
  • Principle member in the Public category
  • Alternate member in the Public category

These are volunteer positions. There is no salary. Members of the Hearing Board receive a stipend of $400 per meeting day, plus travel expenses, if applicable. Hearing Board members serve a term of three years and may be reappointed to a maximum of fifteen consecutive years. The Hearing Board can meet as often as 1-3 times a week depending on the volume of cases filed, usually on Tuesdays, at the Air District's office at 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. General Duties

For courses with discussion or lab sections, duties may include supervision, training and coordination of Graduate Student Instructors (GSIs).



For General Biology (BIO 1B) Lab Courses: The laboratory class currently covers three major sections: Evolution, Ecology, and Plant Biology/Organismal Diversity. Exercises include investigations into population genetics, phylogenetic relationships, macroevolution, bioindicators, and structure and function of organisms. BIO 1B is a gateway course to the major field of Integrative Biology that consists of three one-hour lectures and one four-hour combined discussion and lab each week. Lecturers will be required to lead one discussion and lab per week, create assignments, grade assignments, attend a Friday instructional meeting, be familiar with lecture, proctor exams, hold office hours and complete other instructional duties as assigned. Senior lecturers mentor new hires and GSIs.

The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley is seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Junior or Assistant Specialist. The positions are to assist in research in economic development, labor, and health economics, applying rigorous methods for causal inference and machine learning .



The Institute for Business and Social Impact (IBSI) was launched in November 2013 at the Haas School of Business to train and empower leaders to address society's most pressing challenges. As part of the top-ranked Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, IBSI advances pioneering research at the intersection of business and social impact, with particular focus on workforce skills development, financial inclusion, and mental health in organizational settings. Building upon the school's unique and historic commitment to comprehensive excellence in research and public education, IBSI translates rigorous academic inquiry into actionable solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities worldwide. General Duties:




  • Research Design & Analysis (20%): Assist in designing and interpreting analyses using advanced econometric methods, including reduced form approaches (difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, instrumental variables) and structural econometrics (method of moments, maximum likelihood, dynamic programming), with a focus on causal inference.
  • Data Collection & Field Operations (15%): Support the design and implementation of field experiments, survey development, and primary data collection activities; monitor data quality and coordinate with field teams to ensure research protocols are followed.
