The Relationship Development Sales Associate is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Facilitate on the job training and instruction for team members on the correct use of tools and equipment to ensure proper safety and operating procedures are followed.
- Participate in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate.
- Retrieve all necessary set up information/specifications/guidelines. Complete all machine changeover/set-up processes minimizing machine downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements. Develop set up procedure documentation as required.
- Safely, efficiently and effectively operate assigned production machinery equipment monitoring quality, production and waste adhering to all customer specifications.
- Observe and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Ensure adhesives have sufficient bond, strength and clarity
- Monitor glue pumps and fill as needed
- Make mechanical machinery adjustments as required Complete roll changes as needed
- Successfully correct web breaks

The Dir. Of Operations Planning And Analysis is responsible for the Business Planning, Financial Analysis and Payment Approval for the Distribution Center network at the Steve Madden company. This position supports the Retail Distribution business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting for company Distribution Centers
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators including spending and volume variances such as plan vs actual spend
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting using SM suite of reporting tools, systems and MS office applications
- Meet with external and internal business partners to obtain information required to develop a business plan and budget
- Audit and approve distribution center related bills which are submitted by our 3rd party distribution partners and local finance teams
- Provide key insights and estimated financial impacts of agreements, service contracts and various operational projects or process improvements
- Periodically review and update existing policies and practices, making improvements as needed to the organizations and departments processes

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000-$125,000. Full-time onsite:

Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, kits and modules according to specific written instructions, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations in the build of electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques, following work order instructions, policies and procedures. Perform soldering and inspection when/if certified.
Cross-train in other assembly positions, participate and support continuous improvement activities, perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

The Project Manager- Interiors directs multiple projects, impacts revenue and growth, and is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing project teams and resourcing. The position ensures that the work process flows are smooth, and the execution of interior architectural projects runs efficiently. The Project Manager is the primary liaison between the principal, the team, and the client. Team building and motivation are also key responsibilities.

- Primary point of contact for the client
- Successfully represents the client's goals and needs of the team and the firm's requirements to the client, building and strengthening connections through a comprehensive understanding of the project goals, needs, and progress
