We are currently searching for a Manager to join our high performing IT Internal Audit Advisory team in Los Angeles. We offer a hybrid (remote/onsite) work environment that will allow you to continue working with the flexibility that they have grown accustomed to over the past year, while also continuing to provide onsite service to our fantastic clients. There is local travel throughout Los Angeles only.

Responsibilities

• Creating system narratives, identifying key controls, and concluding on design and operating effectiveness of key controls
• Assist on the follow IT Internal Audit projects ( IT Strategy, Infrastructure Audits, Data Governance, Configuration Management)
• Advanced knowledge of recognized technology frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, FFIEC, etc.)
• Manage project teams to review and evaluate IT environments, risks, internal audit projects, and compliance
• Experience supporting clients in a co-sourced or fully outsourced IT Internal Audit team
• Manage project teams to review and assess IT environments, risks, internal audit projects, and compliance for companies that range from newly public high growth entities in rapidly changing environments to the largest entertainment and public companies.

• Lead, develop, mentor and train teams
• Recommend internal control solutions that balance client resource constraints with the need to mitigate risk
• Maintain and build strong, collaborative client relationships
• Demonstrating clear and concise writing, and verbal skills to communicate complex issues in simple terms to clients and team members
• Producing quality deliverables evidenced through the need for minimal review time accurate review notes
• Respond to client needs and balance competing priorities with minimal client disruptions, while maintaining project progress

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related
• Minimum 5 IT Audit in professional services(Big 4 or mid-tier firm)
• Strong experience with IT Internal Audit
• Demonstrated track record in delivering internal audit advisory engagements to Financial Services clients within a professional services capacity is highly preferred
• Proficient in assessing IT general controls, IT application controls, key reports, and SOC reports
• Desire to pursue CISA, CIA, and/or CISSP (we compensate and reward for attaining these certifications)
• Familiar with industry research boards, standards, and frameworks, (IIA, PCAOB, AICPA, COSO, etc.)
• Able to think critically, maintain logical thought processes, and distill data effectively
• Excellent documentation and written skills, as well as exemplary verbal communication skills

Sycuan Tribal Government is seeking a Planner I to support the development, preservation, and long‑term vision of the Sycuan Reservation. This role assists with capital and infrastructure projects, interdepartmental coordination, research, permitting, and ensuring compliance with Tribal, federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support major and minor capital, construction, and research projects, including scopes, contracts, RFPs, schedules, budgets, and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Ensure projects comply with Tribal ordinances and applicable environmental and land‑use regulations.
• Perform research, data collection, reporting, and project documentation.
• Prepare planning resolutions, ordinances, amendments, policies, and local permitting documents.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Tribal Council, departments, agencies, utilities, and community partners.
• Attend planning, Tribal Council, committee, and community meetings as needed.
• Provide support to the Director of Planning & Development and assist with department budget preparation.
• Support GIS data collection, mapping, analysis, and serve as GIS backup when needed.
• Perform fieldwork and inspections as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience in planning, project management, or construction management
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating consultants/contractors
• Familiarity with environmental and land‑use regulations (NEPA, CEQA, County)
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Word; working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Construction/Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Tribal government or construction/design fields

Compensation & Benefits

• $83,500–$97,000 target annual salary, plus 10% discretionary annual bonus

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all gym equipment.
• Maintain full building upkeep to luxury hospitality standards.

• Identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact member experience.
  

White-Glove Cleanliness & Detail Execution

• Execute precision-level cleaning across all areas of the facility, including behind and under equipment, furniture, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain flawless presentation of retail areas, towels, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Re-rack weights and reset the training floor consistently throughout shifts.
• Disinfect all equipment and surfaces to elite hygiene standards.

Studio Standards & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations to ensure the training environment remains elevated and refined.
• Maintain organized storage areas and outside equipment facilities.

Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience in a luxury fitness facility, five-star hotel, private member club, or high-profile private residence.
• Proven ability to maintain immaculate, white-glove presentation standards in premium environments.
• Experience operating in high-profile or celebrity-facing settings preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured, Type-A level organization.
• Strong accountability and self-direction, takes initiative without supervision.
• Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings.
