Job Title : Aviation Electronics, Electrical & Computer Systems Technician (AE/AT) Category / Component : Enlisted • Active Overview Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems Technicians keep Navy aircraft mission ready by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical power, avionics, and computer based systems that enable radar, communications, navigation, flight controls, and weapons at sea and ashore.
Qualified Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen and perform in flight systems operations and mission support.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems including digital computers, fiber optics, radar, laser electronics, infrared detection, and communications and navigation suites; maintain aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems; test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls; perform micro miniature circuit card repair for qualified technicians; install modifications and upgrades to aircraft avionics and electrical systems; use diagnostic equipment and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to restore systems to full mission capability.

Position Summary
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing expert-level support to clients using UKG Ready, with a strong emphasis on HR Core, Benefits Administration, system configuration, and ongoing maintenance. This role ensures clients receive high‐quality assistance with HRIS functionality, benefit plan setup, open enrollment processes, workflows, permissions, and reporting. This position works within a ticket‐based environment and requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to interpret client needs into correct system configurations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for support related to UKG Ready HR and Benefits modules.
- Review client-submitted tickets, gather requirements, and translate them into correct system updates or configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- HR Core configuration
- Benefits Administration (plan setup, rules, eligibility, deductions)
- Open Enrollment configuration, testing, and deployment
- Workflow routing and approval processes
- Role permissions and security setup
- Standard and custom reporting
- Configure benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k), and other client-specific offerings.
- Update and optimize HR settings, workflows, and security roles.
- Provide training to clients or internal teams as needed on HR Core, Benefits, reporting, and workflows.
- Assist with documentation, job aids, or internal knowledge articles to support consistent processes.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including Payroll and Implementation, to resolve complex issues.
- Escalate technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of client communication.
- Regular attendance at the assigned work location for our corporate office locations is an essential job function. For team members who are located in or near the Chandler, AZ, or Duluth, GA offices, this is an in-office position.

This role sits at the intersection of traditional power system operations and cutting-edge data analytics, where your work directly contributes to enhancing grid reliability and economic performance for GSOC's 38 member cooperatives.
You'll tackle complex challenges such as optimizing dispatch across diverse generation portfolios including solar, batteries and pumped storage, predicting and managing transmission constraints, and building the analytical frameworks needed to accommodate new datacenter loads and distributed energy resources.
This role is responsible for: • Developing advanced grid optimization models including solar production forecasting, N-1 contingency analysis, transmission congestion prediction, and economic dispatch optimization across generation and storage resources • Creating operational intelligence platforms that provide visibility into grid performance, member load patterns, production costs, and system economics through automated reporting and data visualization • Building analytical frameworks for the evolving grid to accommodate high renewable penetration, large datacenter loads, and distributed energy resource integration • Collaborating across the organization with operations planning, operations engineering, transmission planning, member services, and regional entities while representing GSOC in industry committees and technology working groups Individuals in this role will gain comprehensive exposure to electric power system analysis, transmission modeling, generation optimization, interregional power flows, and industry coordination practices while working with state-of-the-art analytical tools and platforms.
JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop and maintain models for grid optimization including solar production forecasting, N-1 contingency analysis using full network power flow models, transmission congestion prediction, and pumped storage dispatch optimization • Coordinate with OPC to integrate generation assets with member-owned resources in dispatch optimization models • Create real-time visibility platforms for grid operations, member load patterns, production costs, and system economic performance • Develop automated reporting systems tracking operational KPIs, member cost allocation, and economic optimization results • Implement data visualization tools supporting both technical operations and executive decision making • Create automated single system dispatch optimization integrating fuel prices, generation and transmission constraints, and resource portfolios • Support DER integration through advanced analytics • Create modeling frameworks accommodating renewable penetration and large datacenter load growth • Collaborate with operations planning, operations engineering, transmission planning, and member services teams • Participating in industry working groups and technology committees • Support regulatory compliance and create technical documentation • Perform technical activities including operational model development/validation, steady-state load flow, stability, power quality, and other power system studies, as required, applicable to the operational planning horizon.

This role serves as the technical authority for authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access across on-premises and cloud environments.

Job Duties: Identity Architecture & Engineering: Design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, directory services, and application integrations.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Identity Lifecycle Management: Own and continuously improve Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes using authoritative identity sources.
Implement role- and attribute-based access models and automation to ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning while reducing manual effort and risk.
Privileged Access Management (PAM): Implement and operate PAM solutions for administrative and service accounts, enforcing least privilege, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and secure break-glass access.
Support audits, investigations, and forensic reviews related to privileged access.
Governance, Risk & Compliance: Support access reviews, audits, and regulatory assessments.
Maintain IAM documentation, standards, and procedures.
Identify and remediate identity-related risks and control gaps.
Security Operations Support: Assist with identity-related incident response activities.
Investigate authentication anomalies, improve IAM logging and monitoring, and enhance alerting and detection capabilities.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Serve as the IAM subject-matter expert.

The role oversees third-party SOC performance for threat monitoring, incident response, and forensics; leads IAM and IGA programs including identity architecture, privileged access management, and secure integration with cloud identity providers; and owns the vulnerability management program while partnering with Infrastructure teams responsible for patch deployment.
Additional responsibilities include data protection controls, security architecture and engineering, security awareness and training, and coordination of incident response, disaster recovery security activities, penetration testing, threat intelligence, vendor security reviews, and privacy-related security controls.
The Cybersecurity Manager drives automation, operational maturity, and consistency while maintaining clear accountability boundaries between cybersecurity oversight and infrastructure execution.
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
