This is a primarily remote position although the successful candidate will be required to be present on our client's operational site in Eunice, New Mexico for an average of 5 working days per month.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in the UK, this role requires a high calibre legal professional with strong construction and project experience. Our client is undertaking a capacity expansion program at its site in Eunice, New Mexico, in the US and the post holder will support these activities as part of the Group Legal team.

This will include acting as project counsel in relation to the US capacity expansion project, including advising on project and contract structuring, and risk management throughout the lifecycle of the construction project. The candidate will be responsible for supporting certain tender activities, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, including FEED, EPC and EPCM, and managing contentious and non-project matters. ?? Case Mix: General, Ortho, Urology, Robotics, Cardiac, Peds – full spectrum

  • Regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia

Overview:

We are seeking a Account Manager - Chemical Production with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in production optimization, chemical program management, and client relationship development. Proven ability to deliver cost-effective chemical solutions that enhance asset integrity, improve operational efficiency, and maximize hydrocarbon production while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customer accounts
  • Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts
  • Primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers
  • Understand key business drivers of customer accounts in order to provide effective solutions
  • Develop a customer retention program
  • Resolve issues on assigned job sites and with customers
  • Travel to field locations to conduct sales meetings and for issue resolution
  • Achieve and sustain revenue and customer targets
  • Forecast future work and resources
  • Routinely report chemical usage and KPI data to customers
  • Ensure job tickets are generated & received
  • Generate and submit bids to customers as requested
  • Assist technical team with RFPs


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of oil and gas production chemical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with oil & gas production chemistry
  • Proven record of customer service and account management success.
  • Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required.
  • Requires fundamental understanding of production chemical technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and customer engagement.
