Job Summary:

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the Water Lilies Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop cleaning standards that define time to clean by equipment-Sanitation sequencing.
• Manage and oversee Clean in Place system and clean out of Place system
• Analyze data and trends, develop actions based on data.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of operational standards
• Provide leadership and training for sanitation and production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule.
• Technical liaison between factory personnel and sanitation chemical supplier,
• Create a safe working environment for personnel working in sanitation, maintain chemical safety procedures and MSDS’s, work with chemical suppliers to provide chemical handling training, provide leadership in enhancing chemical training beyond what chemical supplier provides, and meet all requirements
• Create a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual
• Initiate and execute cleaning verification and validation programs to prove effectiveness of Sanitation program.
• Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement
• Manage and evaluate the Sanitation staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.
• Develop and manage the department’s operating budget.
• Responsible for supporting and providing training for employees.
• Accountable for monitoring safety of employees.
• Accountable for the scheduled routine and periodic sanitation cleaning within the plant and the grounds of the property.
• Responsible to create and assign the sanitation schedule plan to the sanitation team and provide direction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Competencies:

• Experience in manufacturing or supervisory experience is required.
• Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
• Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OHSA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, & policies. Handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, & prioritize.
• High trust individual, who works well independently with minimal oversight

Work Environment & Schedule:

This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Additionally, this role requires working overnight shifts, weekends, and all required overtime as needed. It requires 80% of time on the production floor, ability to lift, squat, push, pull, etc. to inspect machinery and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The employee will occasionally move within the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, and collaborate with colleagues. Consistent use of office equipment, such equipment may include but not limited to computers, phones, printers, and copiers. The employee will be required to frequently communicate with both internal staff members as well as external parties or customers and must be able to convey accurate information. Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer with aerospace industry experience to support and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives, managing non-conformance processes, leading corrective actions, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.

The Manager, Business Operations & Services is responsible for leading and optimizing Minebea Intec’s U.S. back-office, service, and operational support functions. This role oversees Order Processing, Customer Service, Purchasing & Logistics, ISO/Quality Management, and the Service organization, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role serves as a key operational leader and trusted partner to regional and global stakeholders during a period of organizational transition.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business & Back-Office Operations

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Order Processing, Customer Service, Purchasing/Logistics, and administrative operations.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and scalability across back-office functions to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Oversee office operations including facilities, safety, security, and vendor relationships.

ISO & Quality Management

• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including leading supervisors and individual contributors across multiple functions

SALARY

The pay band for this role is between $124,542.00 and $186,813.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process. • Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Data Engineer (Hybrid) on our Information Technology team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing
and maintaining AMA's enterprise data platform to support analytics,
interoperability, and responsible AI adoption. This role partners closely with
platform engineering, data governance, data science, IT security, and business
stakeholders to deliver highquality, reliable, and secure data products. This
role contributes to AMA's modern lakehouse architecture, optimizing data
operations, and embedding governance and quality standards into engineering
workflows. This role serves as a
senior technical contributor within the team-providing mentorship to junior
engineers and implementing engineering best practices within the data platform function,
in alignment with architectural direction set by leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Engineering & AI Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and
  ETL/ELT workflows supporting analytics, operational reporting, and AI/ML use
  cases.
• Implement best practice patterns for ingestion,
  transformation, modeling, and orchestration within a modern lakehouse
  environment (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake).
• Develop highperformance
  data models and curated datasets with strong attention to quality, usability,
  and interoperability; create reusable engineering components and automation.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Team, the Data
  Platform Lead, and federated IT teams to optimize storage, compute, and
  architectural patterns for performance and costefficiency.
• Build model-ready data sets and feature
  pipelines to support AI/ ML use cases; serve as a technical coordination point
  supporting business units' AI-related infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI Working
  Group to operationalize models responsibly and maintain ongoing monitoring
  signals.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Embed data governance, metadata standards,
  lineage tracking, and quality controls directly into engineering workflows;
  ensure technical implementation and alignment within engineering workflows.
• Work with the Data Governance Lead and business
  stakeholders to operationalize stewardship, classification, validation,
  retention, and access standards.
• Implement privacybydesign and securitybydesign
  principles, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory
  obligations.
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, datasets,
  and transformations to support transparency and audit requirements.

Platform Reliability, Observability & Optimization

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures,
  performance bottlenecks, data anomalies, and platformlevel issues.
• Implement observability tooling, alerts,
  logging, and dashboards to ensure endtoend reliability.
• Support cost governance by optimizing compute
  resources, refining job schedules, and advising on efficient architecture.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform Lead on
  scaling, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand
  data needs, translate them into engineering requirements, and deliver
  fit-for-purpose data solutions; share and apply best practices and emerging
  technologies within assigned initiatives.
• Work with IT Security and Legal/ Compliance to
  ensure platform and datasets meet risk and regulatory standards.
  

Staff Management

• Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight
  for staff.
• Responsible for setting objectives, evaluating

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required.
2. 5+ years of experience in data engineering within cloud environments

4. Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $115,523.42-$150,972.44. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
