Assisting attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.

2.

Reviewing and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.

3.

Preparing and managing closing binders, ensuring all necessary documents are properly organized and accessible.

4.

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including leases, contracts, and deeds.

5.

Coordinating with various parties such as clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies.

6.

Conducting legal research and due diligence related to property transactions.

7.

Managing and tracking the progress of transactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.

8.

Keeping up-to-date with laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you should possess the following: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.

2.

Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing title and survey.

3.

Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing closing binders.

4.

Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and commercial real estate transactions.

5.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

7.

Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8.

Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
