Job Description:

Job Experience:

Detailed Description
Perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Manages a team of professionals providing expertise in engineering operations in support of production business units.
- Manages engineering projects for development and production.
- Responsibilities include providing project definition and metrics, resource allocation, budget development and management, schedule management, task prioritization, contingency planning, project and program review.
- Communicates progress and results to senior management and customers.
- Works with Corporate and other Technical Managers to develop and maintain a process for determining which projects to staff based on customer demands and industry trends.
- Manages a team of professionals whose responsibilities are to work jointly with purchasing to establish and maintain sources of supply for mechanical parts and assemblies to specific criteria of cost and quality.
- Resolves all technical issues with suppliers, continually looks for ways to reduce part costs and drive continuous quality improvement of purchased material.
- Works closely with customers’ supply chain management and development organizations.
- Acts as internal consultant in CDM application systems & processes to all sites regionally/globally.
- Provides integration support to new sites on CDM applications and processes.
- Develops solutions based upon existing knowledge, and leveraging industry and other sites capabilities.
- Ensures we are providing best of breed solutions in areas such as product/engineering data exchange, data issues resolutions, data setup integrity and customers data collaboration.
- Assists in contract negotiations with SCM and Engineering management.
- Represents CDM and supports all sites in NPI/NCI/Bid process development and execution.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Life Actuary Senior, you will lead advanced actuarial analyses and provide strategic insight into our reinsurance programs across Life and Annuity product portfolios. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a mission-driven healthcare organization providing care coordination and support for older adults and individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on helping members remain healthy and independent in their homes through effective care planning and coordination.
This is a hybrid field-based position where you will conduct in-home assessments and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure members receive the services they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate members’ health status, living conditions, and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience
- Experience in geriatrics, home care, or managed long-term care preferred
- Strong care coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
- Bilingual candidates are a plus

As we continue to expand, we are building a remote Patient Service Center and hiring a new class of Patient Service Agents to support our growing patient population. ResponsibilitiesReporting to a Patient Service Center Manager, the Patient Service Agent (PSA) supports a high-volume remote call center environment by managing patient communication and appointment scheduling across multiple dermatology practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle an average of 80-100 inbound and outbound calls per day in a structured call center setting
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Navigate provider schedules and coordinate communication between patients, clinics, physicians, and pharmacies
- Document patient information clearly and accurately within internal systems, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
- Communicate with patients using a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach
- Identify and escalate complex or urgent patient concerns to appropriate team members or leadership
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including call handling, accuracy, and attendance
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
