Job Description Identify opportunities to improve foundational ERP and Supply Chain Planning system functionalities and develop integration points at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and supervise full scope of new build/remodel distribution center and office construction projects from start to finish on time and on budget.
• Create, maintain, and monitor a detailed project schedule.
Breaking down start and finish dates of specific tasks to coordinate the contractors and our operations.
• Schedule, manage, and conduct project meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Clear and concise communication with a broad range of team members is required.

Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with internal operations teams and architects, developers, and contractors.
• Bid all new, refresh, and renovation projects across the network.

Define scope, direct the design, obtain permits, bid the scope of work, and manage the coordination of construction amongst Medline’s operating facilities.
Work with internal teams to ensure operations are not negatively impacted and optimized at the end of the project.
• Ensure all construction activities are completed safely, on budget, within schedule, and without operational impact.
Validate and process invoices for completed approved work.
Track costs against approved project budget.
• Monitor market pricing to ensure national accounts are as aggressive as they can be.
Identify opportunities to take advantage of national footprint for buying power.
• Identify and prequalify new vendors.
Evaluate existing vendors to ensure service levels exceed our expectations.
• In addition to construction improvements, lead the coordination of other vendors (rack, low voltage, furniture etc.) to operations team with successful startup.
• Assess building assets to ensure top performance.
Conduct audits to review quality of building systems and components.
Manage action items as a result of audit to get a site’s systems and components optimized.
• Participate in the implementation of standardized programs to ensure high quality is maintained for all projects.
Create or enhance existing protocols for all aspects of a project.
Education Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering Relevant Work Experience Experience applying knowledge of blueprints, specifications, contract documents, permitting, shop drawings, submittals, cost reporting and all other construction project related documents.

Job Description Act as the sole point of contact and product owner for Medline-YMS and Imports processes, overseeing system design, implementation, and business integration.
Lead the overhaul and implementation of Medline’s proprietary Yard Management System to provide end-to-end visibility into container lifecycle, appointment scheduling, and incoming load contents.
Oversee container management operations and improve vendor collaboration processes to streamline import logistics and increase operational efficiency.
Design and implement a unified platform for inventory rebalancing to reduce reliance on manual processes and fragmented systems, improving accuracy in stock allocation and minimizing excess inventory.
Analyze and refine decision points for inter-branch transfers and dead stock handling to optimize supply chain efficiency across distributed warehouse networks.
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with strategic goals for import operations and inventory management.
Develop and deliver custom applications across business verticals including logistics, supply chain, and revenue—covering end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Utilize a decade of hands-on experience to bridge business needs with technical solutions across master data, logistics, and e-commerce platforms like and EPoD.
Telecommuting is permitted but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 2 days per week.
Up to 10% of travel required to visit Medline facilities or distribution centers where Yard management system is being implemented.
Job Requirements PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 8 years of relevant work experience.
In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Experience working on import business processes and mapping them in ERP systems.
(2) Experience working with vendor collaboration, Inventory balancing, Cross network planning and Yard Management to design the system.
(3) Experience designing ERP systems with integration using Talend or PI.
(4) Experience transforming, loading (ETL), including data cleaning and normalization to prepare data for visualization, querying, and quantitative analysis.
(5) Experience designing and developing custom applications supporting business requirements using Agile & waterfall methodologies.
