• Works in turnover and renovation units, as well as responds to maintenance service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work; able to use required tools and machinery; professional interaction with co-workers, residents and vendors; knowledge and continued education of OSHA requirements; knowledge of MSDS requirements appropriate to the scope of work.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills a must!
• Ability to work weekends required.
Salary is $18.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Education Opportunities

For Residents:

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:
Be a U.S. citizen currently practicing in the U.S.
Be a graduate of an eligible medical school accredited by the AMA or the AOA
Have completed one year of graduate-level medical education in a program approved by the AMA or AOA (interns currently in training may also apply)

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. You will have the opportunity to shape policy, teach, lead and mentor young men and women, and, if you choose to do so, potentially fly with aviators, sail on ships, dive with the submariners, and/or serve alongside Marines and special operators.
Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. Their efforts in our nation's conflicts have contributed to innovations and advancements in medical care because of their unique qualifications and training, military experiences and/or by their proximity to armed conflicts. These efforts have contributed to unprecedented survival rates in the recent Afghanistan and Persian Gulf conflicts. NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a focus on graphic design and social media to support our offices across the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a few years of experience or a recent graduate looking to grow within A/E/C marketing. The role blends traditional proposal and marketing support with hands-on graphic design, brand support, and social media execution. The position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and works closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams.
Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will work closely with the various Business Development Associates, Operational Managers and senior staff throughout the company. Primary job responsibilities will include the following:
Marketing & Proposal Support:
- Coordinate and manage the end to end proposal development process, from go/no go through final submission
- Assist with the coordination, development, editing, and production of SOQs, presentations, SF330’s and more using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office365
- Support proposal strategy sessions and assist with presentation development and production
- Write, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate content using Deltek CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
- Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate materials
- Support proposal close out activities, debriefs, and process improvements
- Assist with market research to help offices identify trends, clients, and competitors
- Support regional marketing and business development meetings as needed
Graphic Design & Brand Support:
- Produce and update marketing graphics for proposals, presentations, and collateral in accordance with NOVA brand standards
- Assist with maintaining and growing NOVA’s internal graphics and template library
- Support the development of regional marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, conference displays, and digital assets
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding across all marketing materials
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assist with NOVA’s social media program to support brand awareness, recruiting, and community engagement
- Create and schedule social media content, including graphics and short-form copy, in coordination with the marketing team
- Help track engagement metrics and support reporting on social media performance
Systems & Administration:
- Support the Client, Project, and Employee Database (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint)
- Assist with tracking business opportunities and leads in the CRM
- Help coordinate the renewal of annual contracts and pre-qualification certifications
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Education:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience or equivalent (A/E/C industry preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat), as well as experience in database management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong quality control skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint Applications, including Deltek Vantagepoint’s CRM Software a plus
- Motivated self-starter with ability to problem solve

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.
What will you do?

This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
- Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
- Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
