Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Architect with deep expertise across multi‐cloud environments and modern DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate is an SME with strong hands‐on experience building, automating, deploying, and optimizing infrastructure at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a DevOps SME with 8+ years of multi‐cloud experience, including AWS, GCP, and hypervisor frameworks.
• Expertise in managed cloud services such as Lambda, Cloud Functions, S3 (large volumes), Elasticsearch, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and other RDS services.
• Strong background in Docker-based container platforms and CI/CD workflows.
• Advanced scripting and automation capabilities with Terraform, IaC, and Pulumi.
• Ability to write reusable modules and infrastructure code (Python preferred).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and non-relational databases; proficiency in database tuning.
• Experience working with multiple build systems: npm, Maven, Poetry, Mono, ReactJS, VueKit.
• Proficient in all aspects of Kubernetes, including deployment automation using Helm and Kustomize.
• Ability to understand APIs, create reusable CI/CD modules, and document work in GitHub.
• Experience leading offshore DevOps/System Engineers and enforcing IaC adoption.
• Collaborate with AWS, GCP, Apple Cloud/Hybrid Cloud teams to troubleshoot 3PC issues.
• Skilled in observability tooling, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancers, VPNs, VPCs, firewalls, access control).
• Experience building modules using Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.
• Knowledge of Java is a plus.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for day-to-day compliance of safety programs and related activities at the Vernon, CA facility.

Responsibilities:

• Environmental Compliance Programs:Ensure operations are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct audits and training programs as needed.
• Establish a working relationship with appropriate regulatory agency personnel.
• Generate reports and permit applications (air, water, waste), ensure compliance with applicable permit requirements.
• Review proposed manufacturing changes and assess environmental impact.
• Work to reduce waste generation and support any remediation activities under the direction of the Corporate HSE Director and Regional HSE Manager.
• Health and Safety Programs:Have oversight of Industrial Hygiene, Fire Prevention LOTO, PPE, etc. Ensure that programs are in place to assist in meeting Company objectives.
• Ensure training programs and in place to ensure compliance.
• Implement accident, near miss, and observation reporting programs to proactively manage safety performance.
• Lead root cause analysis investigation and manage documentation confirm corrective actions have been put in place ensuring complete case management of injuries (reporting, workers compensation, return to work, etc.).
• Build communications required to present incident details and corrective action plans to diffident levels of the business.
• Ensure Job Safety and Environmental Analyses/Job Hazard Analysis are being conducted as required.
• Evaluate operational practices to determine methods to eliminate workplace hazards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or the Sciences
• Min of 3+ years of Health & Safety experience 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA, LOTO, Root Cause Analysis

We are currently looking for a Civil Project Engineer who is ready to engage in a large alternative delivery (CMGC) project in Los Angeles County. This project is a multi-year project that will widen the 105 freeway from the 405 to the 605. This widening will increase HOV capacity, reduce congestion along the corridor and introduce tolling to the 105. Phase one of the project is starting at $400 Million, and the remaining phases will push the project towards $1.1 Billion. • Experience modeling or simulating physical systems

Qualifications We Prefer

• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree

Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. The Effectors Center in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking a Hardware Lead focused on design, physical assembly, lab integration, platform integration, and/or flight test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the design, assembly, integration, and completion of the unit under test for successful execution of test events.

What You Will Do

• The core of what you will do is drive the physical assembly and test of the unit under test. You will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the lab and in the field.

• Expectations of the role: ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal & USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize efforts and a strong work ethic. Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers. Technical know-how to conduct missile level integration and test.

• Travel Requirements – up to 10% of the time. Some testing events may require weeks of travel.

• Physical Requirements – This position requires the ability to physically inspect missiles, support the test set up of missiles, help maneuver missile during packing/unpacking and potentially support multiple long days of testing in a row in austere conditions.

• Shift Information: This is primarily a 1st shift position but work hours may shift when needed to support test asset delivery. This position is onsite.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

• Hardware Systems Integration, Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience

• Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field

• Experience with Verification and Validation methods

• Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in generation and presentation of documentation to internal & USG stakeholders

• Software integration experience at the missile level

• Hardware integration experience at the missile level

• Test plan and procedure generation for missile level test events

• Experience conducting EMI/EMV/HERO at the missile level at USG test facilities

• Experience preparing for and coordinating the shipment of significant test equipment

• Flight test experience
