Job Details Responsibilities / Duties: Perform in-process inspections, first article inspections (FAI), and final inspections of components or assemblies, using measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges, etc.).
Analyze inspection data, maintain quality records, and prepare reports on quality audits, trends, and nonconformances.
Identify, document, and help drive root cause investigations for defects, nonconformances, and process deviations.
Work with manufacturing, engineering, and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist in developing and maintaining control plans, inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality checklists.
Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, supplier audits), ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
Use statistical process control (SPC) tools, capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA), and other quality tools to monitor and improve process stability.
Participate in continuous improvement projects (lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to reduce scrap, rework, and cost, and improve throughput and yield.
Support supplier quality assurance, including incoming inspection, supplier audits, and corrective actions for supplier nonconformances.

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. With our own heart transplant program, as well as research opportunities available within our own research organization, we provide the full spectrum of cardiology care to northeast Indiana.
Our facility not only has 2 EP labs, 1 hybrid lab, and the latest imaging technology, but also is equipped with three mapping systems: Carto, ESI, and Rhythmia.
Call is limited to EP only and is shared equally among physicians during the day, no night call! EP candidates should be well versed in both basic and advanced EP procedures and device implementation.

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing business. This role oversees a small, multi-shift team and is responsible for building structure, consistency, and capability across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What You’ll Do
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Establish disciplined production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes
- Execute and sustain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
- Implement KPIs, visual management, and daily management routines
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, uptime, and labor efficiency
- Build and enforce standard work; reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
- Train, coach, and develop a small production team (currently ~7 employees)
- Develop future leaders and support onboarding and development of new roles

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading production teams in small to mid-sized operations
Experience in continuous-process manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting capability
