Position Overview

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales experience representing manufacturers or rep agencies in tile, floor coverings, wall coverings, textiles, or related premium building materials

· Proven ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining focus on priority lines

· Experience supporting brand refreshes, product launches, or growth-stage product lines preferred

· Strong distributor and dealer relationship experience in design-driven or specialty markets

· Comfortable in a field-based role with regular regional travel

Pay range and compensation package

Financial Analyst Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Acquisitions & Development team of a fast-growing real estate investment and development firm. The role will work directly with the Senior Acquisitions & Development Associate and will gain significant exposure to the full acquisition and investment process. To assist in the deployment and management of ArtHaus Partners’ investment vehicles, the role will analyze new prospective acquisitions and ensure financial control for active projects, including both value-add and development projects. This position requires a very high level of analytical abilities which will be critical to ensuring financial accuracy through the deal life cycle. The role will also have cross-functional exposure to other teams such as our Investment, Finance, Design/Construction, and Business Development teams.


Primary Responsibilities:

Underwriting and Pro Forma Management:

  • Own financial models for value-add and development projects, including: initial underwriting, updates throughout the due diligence, and during project execution
  • Validate all pro forma assumptions (revenue, expenses, financing, capex, etc.) using portfolio operating data, market research, disclosures and other sources.
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to further define risks on specific transactions or prospective markets, as well as support on key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on improvements to Riaz Capital model template(s) and underwriting tools as needed.
  • Own and advocate for global assumption changes (financing, calculation updates, new functionality, etc.).
  • Assist in ad-hoc and periodic preparation of reports and analysis pertaining to project returns, cash flows, schedule, or other strategic initiatives as needed.


Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Management:

  • Support the acquisitions team on the sourcing of new deals through new and existing broker relationships, deal sourcing software, and direct to owner outreach.

Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)


A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Senior Mass Torts Associate Attorney to join its growing team in the Bay Area, California. This firm handles complex mass tort and class action litigation and offers attorneys the opportunity to work on high-impact cases with a collaborative and experienced litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to focus on meaningful plaintiff-side litigation without traditional billable hour pressure while working on nationally significant cases.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and support complex mass tort and class action litigation
  • Conduct legal research, case strategy development, and discovery
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams on case development
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and case preparation


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of litigation experience preferred
  • Mass torts experience required
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing complex litigation matters
  • Active California Bar license

Channel Account Manager - WEST Region

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager in the Bay area to join our Partner Sales team supporting Northern California, Pacific Northwest, and West Canada. In this role, you will build a pipeline that translates into channel revenue with some of the most respected and high-performing partners in the industry. In this high-energy position, you will be extremely results-driven—with the expectation to create and qualify partner-initiated opportunities. This role is critical to the ongoing success of Infoblox’s leading network control, security, and cloud solutions. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Build and champion Channel development and revenue plan consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets for Infoblox's West region.
  • Ensure alignment of the strategy with the Sales teams by understanding their coverage models, strategies, and focus in the areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage
  • Ensure senior executive-level visibility and commitment to the company’s relationships
  • Spearhead the joint company and channel value proposition with partner peering—coordinating resources, including sales and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage cloud service provider (CSP) relationships such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform and AWS to drive engagement through cloud marketplaces to enhance joint opportunities and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate training on new products, solutions sales, corporate direction, business processes, etc., leading to enhanced self-sufficiency and winning mindshare and cycles from competitive vendors
  • Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordination of marketing budget, and utilization of Infoblox channel marketing programs
  • Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners and coordinate partner engagement and sales activities
  • Be keenly aware of the channel partners’ strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and valued resource for them
  • Create a sense of engagement and connection at the executive, regional sales, and SE levels


Be Prepared — What You Bring


  • At least 10 years of technology vendor experience (networking and security experience highly preferred) selling into the channels. Experience in business development or driving revenue and opportunity is a must
  • SaaS and/or managed services (MSP) sales experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and experience leveraging relationships with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) is a strong plus
  • Experience engaging partners with the company, brand, and technology through education and bespoke programs and initiatives is a plus
  • High energy level and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to cultivate relationships internally, externally, and across teams, as well as the ability to align and bring stakeholders together to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong network of customers and partners in the specified region or vertical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship development skills
  • A self-starter attitude and excellent know - how
  • High energy level and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Build out and cultivate the channel funnel and ecosystem
  • Leverage channel partners in managing deal registration, forecast, and pipeline
  • Hit or overachieve your monthly targets


One Year:

  • Align the channel strategy with the sales team to expand the coverage of the target account
  • Develop new logo opportunities and deliver on sales revenue commitments and profitability objectives
  • Refine and tailor partner models and programs across key strategic verticals
  • Lead and win mindshare and cycles from competitors
  • Meet or exceed your annual targets
