What success looks like for you:
In your first year, success is defined by building a healthy pipeline and closing approximately $500K–$600K in revenue while establishing trust and long-term relationships in the territory. As the market matures, the long-term goal is to grow this into a $1M+ region supported by a repeatable and scalable sales approach.
How you’ll work:
You’ll collaborate in the office a couple of days per week.
You’ll travel primarily within a four-hour radius for client visits.
You’ll conduct site visits, rooftop assessments, and prepare detailed quotes.
You’ll have direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
Requirements
- You have experience in B2B sales within construction, industrial, manufacturing, safety, or mechanical environments.
- You are comfortable prospecting and developing net-new business, not just managing existing accounts.
- You enjoy consultative selling with longer sales cycles and technical products.
- You are confident engaging customers on job sites and in field-based environments in different weather climates.
- You are organized, disciplined, and comfortable being measured against clear goals and performance metrics.
- You are willing to learn technical systems and products and translate them into practical solutions for customers.
- You are based in or willing to be based in Wisconsin and able to travel locally as required.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.

- Establish and grow Alpha-Stim utilization within VA hospitals and government healthcare systems.

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Job Details Primary Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering efforts across all phases of project development, including client coordination, pre-design, final design, meetings, site visits, and project management.
Develop conceptual electrical design approaches for diverse project types and oversee all electrical engineering work within the office.
Apply independent judgment to evaluate, adapt, and modify standard techniques and procedures to meet project needs.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of consulting and construction practices, including plan/specifications, design/build, and construction management roles.
Supervise design progress and coordinate with local and state agencies, officials, and external stakeholders.
Resolve complex challenges such as conflicting design requirements, material limitations, and coordination issues.
Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Prepare electrical construction drawings (single-line diagrams, layouts, sections, elevations, and details), technical specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates.
Participate in bidding, contract administration, and on-site project management.
Perform electrical systems analysis, including arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies using power system analysis software.
Understand power system protection and relaying schemes for electrical distribution systems.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Areas of Expertise Low, Medium & High Voltage Distribution Electrical Equipment: Substations, Switchgear, Protective Relaying Electrical Systems Modeling: Arc Flash, Short Circuit & Coordination Studies Electrical Equipment Maintenance & Testing Lighting Systems Emergency Power Systems Grounding and Lightning Protection Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Professional Engineer license preferred but not mandatory.
5–10+ years of experience in electrical engineering (open to a range of experience levels).
Proficiency with AutoCAD and power system analysis tools such as SKM or ETAP preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
