POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will design and develop the electrical systems that power our world‑class industrial machinery. This role blends creative engineering with hands‑on problem‑solving, supporting both our internal manufacturing operations and external customer applications. Projects are diverse and may involve electric motors and drives, control systems, sensor integration, and occasional work with fluid and pneumatic systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative solutions. Candidates with backgrounds in electrical engineering, electrical design, or related technical fields are encouraged to apply. WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems for industrial machinery in collaboration with automation engineers.
- Create panel layouts, specify electric motors, and design wire routing.
- Define protection circuitry, load requirements, and related electrical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to develop and maintain cable schedules.
- Perform risk assessments and create Functional Design Specifications aligned with industry standards and documentation best practices.
- Specify off‑the‑shelf components and commercial control systems.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation including schematics, drawings, manuals, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and optimize electromechanical systems in both customer facilities and internal environments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance using emerging technologies.
- Participate in commissioning activities for new installations and upgrades. (Estimated travel: 2–3 weeks per year, typically in one‑week increments.)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Strong foundation in electrical design for industrial machinery.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools; familiarity with ePlan, DraftSight, SolidWorks, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Siemens TIA is a plus.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics.
- Experience with PLC programming and system integration.
- Practical, team‑oriented mindset with comfort balancing design tasks and hands‑on work.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role includes a mix of office‑based design work, hands‑on lab activities, and periodic shop‑floor or customer‑site visits. Shop floor work typically involves standard industrial conditions. Hazelett provides all required PPE and prioritizes a safe working environment.

The base pay range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $97,000. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

- $140,040 (Direct Hire) Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Protect the interest of employees by ensuring compliance with legal requirements for equal employment.
Counsel management on compensation and organizational structure.
Lead employee performance review and performance rating calibration process.
Oversee execution of personnel changes including job descriptions, compensation, and structure changes.
Manage employee recruiting and onboarding program.
Conduct employee relations activities and programs including employee engagement events, counseling, policy interpretation, investigations, disciplinary meetings, hiring, and firing process.
Administer all HR policies, practices, and programs in collaboration with Land O’Lakes HR and Law Departments.
Establish appropriate HR metrics to monitor work efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with Unemployment Claims/hearings, providing accurate information to third-party administrators and testify as needed in hearings.
Oversee training program for manufacturing staff.
Participate actively in the development of team members.

Ensure administrative duties, including payroll and managing employee files, are managed professionally, timely, and organized.
Oversee employee communication, including visual boards/screens and email distribution lists.
Oversee 1-2 staff that supports the day-to-day functioning of the HR department.
Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of human resources generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Hiring, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Wage Structure, and Performance Management required.
Supervisory experience highly preferred.
Food Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
PHR or SHRM certification highly preferred.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Department Description: The Community Hospice team delivers care to patients in the community, providing a wide range of skilled nursing care and support. We are an interdisciplinary team all collaborating together to support patients to remain in the setting of their choice, their home. Department Description: Are you interested in developing deep relationships with families and supporting their long-term strengths and health? We’re looking to expand our team with a detail-oriented creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and creative community collaborations.
We support families through pregnancy, postpartum and the early childhood years until age 6 in families without medical concerns and up to age 18 in families with children who have medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care. Our nurses and family support workers focus on prevention and early intervention, collaborating with numerous community service providers, identifying and addressing developmental challenges and/or psycho-social concerns.
We offer individualized self-care and parenting assessment, education and support; childbirth preparation and lactation support; developmental and play support to maximize each family’s physical, social and emotional strengths. We provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies due to medical, psychiatric and/or substance use disorder diagnoses; children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families and their care providers.
