POSITION SUMMARY: The Repair Administrator reports to the Manager, Engine Programs and is responsible for repair order processing, collaborating with vendors, and daily/weekly follow-up of open orders as necessary to ensure promises are met/kept. Day will consist of calls, emails, quotes, data entry, and anything else that arises as it relates to Repair Order processing and consistent follow-up. An important key element is communication with internal departments, i.e., Sale, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality, operating in compliance with company procedures and safety practices.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Producing Repair Orders as directed by Sales/Engine Programs.
  2. Consistent follow-up of all Open Repair Orders
  3. Data entry/updating of Repair Orders in our Pentagon 2000 (ERP) inventory software.
  4. Creating bi-weekly repair order reports for distribution.
  5. Communicate with vendors on open QC escapes and requests for warranty (as required)
  6. Obtaining Quotes, requesting internal approval(as required)
  7. Maintaining the filing system for Quote Approvals, Spec Repair Approvals and RO with SO Approval.
  8. Expediting completion of open repair orders
  9. Review quotation and negotiate discounts when possible/as instructed.
  10. Other specific duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.


SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE

  1. 3 – 5 Years Experience in the Aviation Industry, working in a Repair Organization, with related administrative experience as referenced above.

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Project Manager the monthly review of project pro-forma and identify any revisions/projections that are necessary; Review of General Contractor and Subcontractor change orders and consultant add services and make recommendation to Project Manager

  • Coordinate the inspection process with the general contractor, all authorities having jurisdiction as well as all third party consultants hired by the Developer. Manage and monitor progress daily site activity to ensure delivery schedules are met and elevate areas of concern to the Project Manager. Manage overall Tenant/Buyer Coordination; site visits, drawing review, permitting assistance, monitor construction activities, conduct inspections and ensure project completion


  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, design team, AHJ’s and internal team members to develop and collect applicable documents in conjunction with obtaining entitlements and required building permits. General understanding of permitting process and continuous updating to project team on the status of open project permits


  • Manage the development and maintenance of relationships with neighbors, community constituents, partners, investors, design consultants, government officials, sales associates, buyers, tenants, management companies, contractors, and lenders, etc. as it relates to your current role and for the overall success of the project


  • Coordinates and participates in the monthly payment draw request inspections with Lender’s representative, Project Manager and General Contractor. Assists in preparation and review of invoices and pay applications for processing in accordance with loan compliance requirements


  • Coordinate sales, leasing, branding and marketing efforts with Project Manager to ensure seamless coordination of the project design and construction. Manage overall Tenant/Buyer Coordination; site visits, drawing review, permitting assistance, monitor construction activities, conduct inspections and ensure project completion


  • Coordinates with Resident/Tenant Services Department and General Contractor to Complete all punch list and warranty work in tenant spaces and residential units and also punch list on common areas of property. Coordinates project close-out procedures for all projects in full compliance with contract documents

  • Supervise, assist in planning and executing all corrective, preventive and predictive electrical maintenance tasks for the Aggregate Plant, Primary System and Quarry at the Pennsuco facility, based on engineered maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and runtime.
  • Regular maintenance, inspections and evaluations of all power distribution, motor control, instrumentation, PLC & automation/control systems.
  • Evaluate and implement necessary power distribution and motor control infrastructure upgrades or enhancements to ensure reliable operation.
  • Assist with the implementation and execution of a calendar-based preventive maintenance program.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems.

  • Ability to interpret and create ladder logic diagrams, logic diagrams, process flow diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project. CMMS experience is a plus.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment

  • Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
  • Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
  • In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
  • Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
  • Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.

Industry Analysis

  • Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
  • Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Product & Go-to-Market Implementation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
  • Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  2. 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
  3. 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
  4. Strong business acumen to develop and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  5. Excellent data synthesis and financial modeling skills to critically analyze and interpret market research and other data, to inform the development of business cases and plans.
  6. Familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions.
  7. Interpersonal skills and temperament to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a matrixed and complicated environment.
  8. Strong oral and written communications skills; able to express complex business concepts effectively. Strong presentation skills required to evangelize products in the marketplace.
  9. Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results. Works well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and can effectively inform a team toward a direction or recommendation based on data and insights.
  10. Able to cultivate and sustain working relationships with executives at key clients, industry influencers, and other collaborators.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $119,074-$157,855. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
