Annual Salary Range: $109,078.39 - $119,986.23

• 15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Must Complete Training and Check Ride).

We’re hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our PC12 aircraft. Scheduled shifts run 14/14 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Pilot   will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities. 
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties. 
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners. 
• Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details. 
• Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training. 
• Committed to being on-time, reliable, professional and meet our elevated standards in safety and service.

Minimum Required Qualifications:  

• Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) Required.
• The ideal candidate will have single pilot IFR experience.
• Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
• Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and corresponding hours, along with a cumulative total that substantiates the time reported on the resume.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment. 
• Valid and unexpired driver's license. 
• Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate. 
• 2,500 Total Flight hours. 
• 2,000 Fixed Wing hours. 
• 1,000 PIC hours.
• 500 Cross Country hours. 
• 100 Night hours. 
• 75 Instrument (50 actual) hours.

Preferred Education:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher.  

Working Conditions: 

• Required to work in outside weather conditions. 
• Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.

Job Summary:

As Head of Retention at Nominal, you'll own everything that keeps customers coming back: email/SMS strategy, loyalty programs, post-purchase journeys, conversion optimization, and creative promotions. You'll manage our email/SMS agency, work with our CRO agency, and use data to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. This role is for someone who's driven repeat purchase rate and LTV improvements at a $10M–$50M DTC brand and knows the playbook like they made it.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

• Drive 15%+ improvement in repeat purchase rate through loyalty optimization, segmentation, and targeted campaigns
• Revitalize our loyalty program and turn it into a measurable revenue driver
• Build post-purchase flows, VIP nurture campaigns, and win-back sequences that increase LTV

Email/SMS Strategy

• Own strategic direction of our email/SMS program (managed by agency); grow revenue and drive intentional promotions into those channels
• Grow email list through lead capture optimization and creative list-building tactics
• Optimize flows (welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase, win-back) and create exclusive promotions for subscribers

Creative Promotions & Offers

• Design flash sales and exclusive offers: SMS-only deals, app-early access, discount tiers, VIP perks
• Build promotional calendar with CMO for product launches and cultural campaigns
• Test gamification, spend thresholds, and urgency tactics that drive conversions without cheapening the brand

Conversion & AOV Optimization

• Partner with CRO agency to improve site conversion (currently ~2%) through testing and optimization
• Increase AOV by 10–15% via bundling, upsells, cross-sells, and checkout flow improvements
• Optimize merchandising: move slow sellers to clearance, improve product presentation, reduce friction

Customer Insights & Analytics

• Use data to understand what drives repeat purchases and what causes churn
• Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, repeat rate, cohort performance, email/SMS revenue
• Conduct customer research (surveys, reviews, interviews) to inform retention strategy

Agency Management

• Manage email/SMS agency (BAD Marketing), CRO agency (WeConvert), and upsell platform (OneclickUpsell)
• Set strategy, review performance, hold partners accountable

Key Qualifications:

Required:

• 5–7+ years in DTC e-commerce, focused on retention, email/SMS, and lifecycle marketing at Shopify brands doing $10M–$50M+ revenue
• Proven track record improving repeat purchase rate and driving significant email/SMS revenue growth
• Expert with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar email/SMS platforms
• Experience optimizing loyalty programs ( , Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, etc.)
• Strong on conversion optimization: built upsell funnels, tested bundling, optimized checkout flows
• Data-driven: comfortable with CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, TripleWhale, Shopify Analytics
• Experience managing agencies and getting results from external partners
• Bias toward action: test fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does

Bonus:

• Worked at jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle DTC brands
• Experience with mobile app marketing and app-exclusive promotions

Airswift is working in partnership with a rapidly growing advanced‐materials company seeking a Lab Manager for a permanent, onsite role based in Mesa, Arizona.

This position will report directly to the COO and will play a key role as the organization transitions from pilot‐scale operations to its first commercial manufacturing facility over the next 1.5–2 years. The new Lab Manager will be central to building the quality, testing, and analytical foundation that supports this scale‐up.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of laboratory experience within materials, minerals, chemicals, petrochemical, industrial processing or advanced‐materials environments.
• Experience overseeing or working with materials characterization techniques like ICP, XRD, XRF, PSD, BET, SEM/EDS, Raman, tap density, LECO, and wet chemistry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and formalize quality procedures, implement SOPs, establish testing methods and build scalable quality systems.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing lab teams, hiring, training, and building operational culture.
• Experience operating in production‐driven settings where QC directly supports product release and customer requirements.
• Working knowledge of HSEQ practices, risk management, and laboratory safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mesa and relocate within 1.5–2 years to a new U.S. facility.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and strengthen quality efforts across water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
