The Global Cloud Engineering Leader will be responsible for the overall technical direction for Cloud hosting and automation tools for the company. This role will lead onshore and offshore cloud build and automation resources who are responsible for having a deep understanding of our business strategy, and the creation of a technical capability that enables and accelerates business goals through rapid deployment and scalability of new features and functionalities.

• Lead team’s Cloud Engineering and DevOps implementations and practices as it relates to Azure Cloud Environments and support, application deployments, site reliability and disaster recovery

• Understanding the responsibility, requirements, and efforts to ensure appropriate and required Cyber methodologies in how work is performed and compliance for all areas of responsibility

• Driving Cyber and Compliance as a culture as well as a functional requirement

• Translate design decisions, architecture designs to code for continuous deployment and repeatability

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced commercial sales relationship-driven Sr. Account Manager to develop and grow business with union contractors and union-operated facilities across the greater Chicagoland market. The role will focus on winning new construction projects and expanding revenue from existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Primary Responsibilities

• Participate with the Project Principal, Managing Director – Retail, and Director of Construction on the site plan, budget model, and schedule for potential new developments.
• Assist with site investigations documenting pre-construction conditions.
• Identify any potential issues that may incur additional project costs to overcome (e.g., grading, storm water quality or quantity control, wetlands, floodplains, easements, access, utilities, entitlements).
• Maintain critical dates, schedule, and document management to track the due diligence/inspection process.
• Review and analyze project documents including construction plans and specifications, due diligence documents, utility agreements, and municipal code.
• Familiarity with permitting and entitlement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Qualified candidates without the relevant experience will have the opportunity for training and practical learning.
• 0 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, site planning, and land development preferred.
• Knowledge of site planning, site engineering, and storm water design and management.

Summary

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction schedules to support successful project execution across all phases of electrical construction projects. This role partners with project managers, field leadership, and construction operations teams to identify critical path activities, monitor progress, and proactively address schedule risks. Schedule Development and Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 (or similar).

Role Overview: The Quality Manager serves as the company’s authority for quality and regulatory compliance, operating in close partnership with Engineering and executive leadership.
