Senior Construction Project Manager (Operations Lead)
Lombard, IL | On-Site | Full-Time
$130K–$150K+ + Bonus
Key Interiors is seeking a senior construction leader to take ownership of our operations department and help scale a fast-growing, design-build firm specializing in premium commercial and life science environments.

- Manage department budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Drive scheduling, cost control, and field execution excellence
- Mentor and develop project management and field teams
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy and resource planning
- $130K–$150K+ (based on results)

- 10+ years in commercial construction (senior leadership role)
- Experience leading multiple PMs and Superintendents
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, Word
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
- Design-build or life science/lab experience is a plus
