About the Role
Join our dynamic R&D team as a Quality Control Inspector. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our Pulse IVL System product meets established quality standards and specifications at various points in the organization while advocating for strict adherence to compliance practices within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- With minimal supervision, performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished device.
- Interprets quality inspection documents and deciphers quality expectations for the product.
- Approves products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work and confirming re-work
- Monitors use of equipment to ensure it is calibrated before use; keeps measurement equipment operating accurately
- Performs and documents results of inspections per company procedures.
- Responsible for initiating non-conformance reports and ensuring non-conforming material is processed in accordance with the disposition. May assist with nonconformance investigations as needed.
- Review and verify documentation for compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support traceability and documentation control.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, life sciences or other scientific field or equivalent work experience (3-5 years).
- 3+ years of experience in quality inspection in the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, vision systems) and reading technical drawings/specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic documentation systems (e.g., eQMS).
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and GMP practices.
- ASQ certification (e.g., CQI) is a plus.
- Two (2) or more years of laboratory experience
- Experience in QC inspection, cleanroom manufacturing, and medical device start-up
- 3+ year of Quality Control Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing. Knowledge of clean room operations
- Understanding of a quality management system (QMS) and cGMP knowledge

Job Description Summary
Position Objective:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business for Trench Safety. You will do this by developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
Position Responsibilities:
- Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and develop new customers within assigned territory and market segments to “grow the business”
- Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or traveling throughout the assigned territory for planned visits or cold calls
- Prepare proposals or bid packages by understanding blueprints, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with Sunbelt engineers, and other technical resources. Attention to detail necessary to prepare customer inquiries and ensure resulting proposals and bid packages are prepared to the required standards of all engineering/safety protocols
- Provide application solutions for customers
- Promote Sunbelt’s customer safety training capabilities
- Coordinate project specs with internal operational personnel to ensure that the objective of the job is accomplished in accordance with the customer timeline and requirements
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities within assigned territory
- Maintain CRM database daily through consistent entering of sales calls and job site details
- In concert with management, develop and achieve applicable Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets KPI’s, revenue & market growth targets
- Learn all aspects of equipment, function and appropriate applications
- Work daily with other divisional OSR’s to build new relationship and highlight the value of working with all the solutions Sunbelt provides. Educate local Sunbelt representatives on Trench Safety products. Complete joint calls and share leads with other Sunbelt representatives in the territory.
- Work with accounts payable on delinquent accounts, assist with AP to communicate with customers, collect payments from customers and maintain accurate customer records
- Performance will be measured by regular territory revenue and market growth targets

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or Shoring industry plus 2+ years of direct sales experience
- Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must
- Requires a proven sales track record in solution-selling approach
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Requires a strong technical background, detail-oriented along with the ability effectively present technical information to engineers, project managers and executive management
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently
- Ability to work effectively and meet sales objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
- Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance

Base Pay Range: $40, ,558.00

THE ROLE
The Client Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing large accounts. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly driven, goal-oriented, and methodical. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prospect, develop, and close new business while ensuring we have satisfied and referenceable customers.
- Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.
- Active territory management targeting specific companies and collaborating with select partners to drive incremental pipeline.
- Manage complex, enterprise-wide wide sales-cycles and effectively present our value proposition.

Role Overview:
This role is the site SME responsible for coordinating all cleaning validation and verification activities related to intermediate and API manufacturing, including facility surfaces and equipment. - Write and review cleaning validation protocols and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all materials are free of any residues or contaminants.

- Develop and maintain cleaning validation schedules to ensure timely completion of required validations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience with an undergraduate degree in engineering, science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contamination control and cleaning validation, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment (API CDMO experience is highly desirable)
- Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical, API/intermediate, drug product, biologics or related FDA industry
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, and other regulatory standards related to contamination control and cleaning validation with extended knowledge of microbial controls within a comprehensive cleaning program.
- Proficiency with risk assessment tools such as FMEA.
- Previous experience working in cross-functional and project-based environments.
