Provide Safety Health and Environmental leadership and training to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance. This is primarily a support role working under the site EHS Manager. Assisting with the administration of compliance programs, procedures, and policies. This role may also act as a liaison with regulatory agencies when necessary.
This position covers two Illinois Innophos locations: Chicago Heights and Riverdale. These two facilities are located approximately 10 miles apart. Key Responsibilities
- Supportive role providing Health, Safety and Environmental direction, leadership, and training to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance
- Contribute to and support compliance programs, procedures, and policies and acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies when necessary
- Support all health, safety, and environmental programs, including developing, writing, implementing, auditing, and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations
- Provide training to employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemical, toxins, equipment, and other materials
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations including recordkeeping
- Lead role in weekly safety meetings, and coordinator for EHS training including communications
- Performs inspections for potential EHS risks, determines corrective or preventive measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented
- Major contributor during Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation of incidents, injuries, and near misses and drives action items to closure
- Assists with implementation and compliance for all environmental programs
- Assists with management of Workers Compensation claims
- Supportive role following PSM Practices such as Employee Participation, Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, and Pre-Startup Safety Review
- Performs routine job skills analysis and task assessments

Required Education And Experience
- BS degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location, preferably in the chemical or food industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including the ability to train
- Working knowledge of OSHA and USEPA regulatory matters covering industrial chemical process operations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Simulation Design and Facilitation
- Collaborate with faculty and content experts to design, plan, and implement simulation- and clinical skills learning experiences aligned with program and course outcomes.
- Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate nursing skills and procedures in the skills laboratory and simulation environments using evidence-based techniques.

- The Lead Carpenter / Board-Up Technician is responsible for leading and performing emergency board-up services, temporary structural repairs, and carpentry work in response to property damage caused by fire, water, storms, or other disasters

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Supporting remote contact center agents
REST API integrations and automation
Scripting using PowerShell or Python
Workforce management, call recording, or speech technologies
PSTN carrier and phone number lifecycle management

The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$72,000.00 - $134,000.00Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.
· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.
· Works closely with manufacturing and test support to ensure prioritization of support activities. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating the timetable for test readiness based on the weekly production schedule through the appropriate Test Support staff.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
