The Injection Mold Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of injection mold repair, maintenance, and continuous improvement within the plant. This role ensures injection molds are built and maintained to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The Injection Mold Shop Supervisor leads skilled trades, manages resources, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to support overall plant objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily injection mold shop operations, including new mold builds, repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications.
- Establish priorities and schedules to meet production demands, launch timelines, and downtime reduction goals.
- Ensure molds meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Implement and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for molds and tooling.
- Manage mold troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with Engineering on mold design reviews, DFM/DFA feedback, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to support efficient changeovers and startup readiness.

- Maintain accurate documentation, including mold history, PM records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, TPM) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
What you will bring along:

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for their assigned manufacturing processes. Through input from the customer, plant staff, and production employees the Manufacturing Engineer will review process controls, emphasize continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodology and Kaizen activities, participate in the development of cell layouts, set up reduction (SMED), lead time reduction, improve productivity through waste reduction. We are looking for a Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and global vendors is essential to align thermal architectures with overall system design and international standards.

- Lead the end-to-end integration and testing of rack thermal solutions, including liquid cooling systems in varying form factors and product lines.
- Use CFD tools (FloTherm or Macroflow) to perform switch, rack, and system-level thermal/fluid analysis (flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature profiling).
- Design and optimize thermal components using 3D CAD (Creo or SolidWorks) to support seamless hardware integration and testing.

- Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, wetted materials compliance, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Manage relationships with mechanical/thermal component vendors to build out a robust partner ecosystem consisting of racks, CDUs, hoses, manifolds, QDs, and cold plates.
- Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (e.g., in-row cooling, in-rack cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and thermal failures or field issues.

Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?
GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.
What you'll get to do...
- Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
- Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
- Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
- Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
- Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
- Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.
Your experience should include...
- 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
- Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
- Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You might also have...
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Hosting industry and/or cloud Experience.
- Experience in hardware security.
