- Visit Types: General exams, sick visits, chronic care follow-ups, occasional telemedicine visits during peak seasons
- Support Structure: Assigned supervising physician plus full team support
- Schedule:
- Standard Monday-Friday schedule
- New hires encouraged to work 5 days/week initially
- Option for 4-day work week once panel is full
- No inpatient responsibilities
- On-Call: Light rotation, every 10 weeks, after-hours and weekends
Qualifications:
- 1?2 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus productivity bonus potential; transition to 25% of net collections after 1-2 years
