Rental Reservations Agent Jobs in Orlando, FL – Hiring Immediately
Westgate Resorts is hiring Full-Time Rental Reservations Agents in Orlando, FL with a unique hybrid work model—100% in-office for the first 90 days, then fully remote after training and passing quality checks. This role starts at $16/hr or $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking agents, with additional 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential. As a Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from Westgate guests, assisting with servicing reservations, general resort questions, reservation questions and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication skills, fast typing, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once. We are hiring immediately for the upcoming 4/16 class.
This is a structured call‑center environment with 4 weeks of in-office training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) followed by 2 weeks of nesting training, both with no time off allowed during the first 90 days. After nesting, the permanent schedule becomes 12:30pm–9:00pm on weekdays (two weekdays off) and a 10:00am–6:00pm weekend schedule. Candidates with hospitality call center experience, sales, collections, front desk, or previous work-from-home success excel in this role. As part of Westgate’s commitment to excellence, training includes weekly Gate Assessments, requiring at least 80% performance to advance to the following week of training.

What You’ll Do
- Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from guests regarding booking reservations, general questions, payments, and reservation updates

- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously including Rental Console, LMS, SAMS, Loyalty Console, Alveria Dialer, Teams, and SharePoint
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guests concerns with professionalism
- Achieve performance benchmarks across QA, Revenue, call handling, system accuracy, and productivity metrics
- Participate in Gate Assessments during training with an 80% passing requirement
- Maintain excellent written notes and system documentation
- Meet all attendance, punctuality, and schedule requirements, including first‑90‑day restrictions
Qualifications

The Facilities Operations Landscape department within Facilities and Business Operations is looking for a Landscaper II to join their team! This will be a member of the Landscape Operations Projects team responsible for skilled installation and renovation of campus landscapes.
Responsibilities:

Familiarity with identifying plant materials and understanding proper planting techniques.

Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with local Foundry partners to source development opportunities that align with Foundry’s Healthcare investment platform objectives and guidelines. Commanding development and market knowledge expertise is required to generate targeted investment return opportunities. Must be able to lead a development process from site selection through completion.
Source new development opportunities:
- Responsible for identification and gaining control of new senior living development locations in consult with the operations team and local market Deal Principal.
- Collaborate with teams and individuals across our markets to source development opportunities meeting our investment objectives.
- Key relationships include the local Foundry team, the investment sales community, brokers and third parties, among others within our senior living vertical.

Education and Experience Requested:

- 5–10 years of commercial project management experience; retail construction (especially big‑box) is a plus

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will provide technical field support and service to our customers.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, conducting on site installations and repairs, as well as on-going training for customer personnel.

Produce high-quality engineering documentation, reports, marking files, designs, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics), and machine operation procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Act as a key liaison between the ME and production teams, assisting in providing technical guidance and timely problem resolution to support assembly performance.
Review, respond to, and adjudicate EODIs and requests for floor support, working closely with the assembly team to identify and correct issues firsthand.
Update assembly work instructions based on drawings and/or models, reviewing content with Manufacturing Engineers prior to release to the floor.
Assist in working ME's tasks on Qnotes and EODIs, inputting data provided by ME to tools in support of planning, routing, work instruction generation, status reporting, and issue resolution.
Actively engage in PMT (Performance Management Team) and assist in implementing lean principles and technologies and other process improvement activities, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.
Maintain and control shop aids used in the production process, programming and maintaining assembly-related machines as required for their respective areas.
Work closely with the Wire Cut area to provide assistance with machine set-up and support, troubleshoot issues, optimize machine performance, and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity and quality.
Basic Qualifications : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
Collaborate in the creation manufacturing engineer instructions and visuals High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient enough to perform required basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly, computer operations, etc.
Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings and interpret design specifications and their applicability to manufacturing.
Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal/written communications skills Ability to provide technical guidance and timely problem resolution to production floor operators Familiarity with cable and/or harnesses production, and has the ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 trained and/or certified Familiarity with mechanical, power, and pneumatic tools Familiarity with cable wire cutter and stripper machines Desired skills : Familiarity with SAP (Qnotes, Routings, Bills of material) or a related manufacturing system Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and technique and experience generating/implementing process improvements Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
