- $160,000 per year A bit about us: Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including treasury, monthly reporting, management of fixed assets, and cost accounting.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.

Manage journal entries, invoices etc.

and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing.

Participate in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices.

Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.

Participate in preparation for the annual audit.

Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.

Job Details Qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3.

Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.

4.

Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.) 5.

Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.

6.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and accounting software (e.g.

SAP).

7.

An analytical mind with a strategic ability.

8.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

9.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.

10.

Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.

11.

Experience in managing financial reporting, treasury, fixed assets, and cost accounting.

12.

Oil & gas industry epxerience is strongly preferrred.

Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO: Aurora

Department: OT IP Acute

Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Schedule: 2 weekend days per month (24 weekend days per year). 1 Holiday and Holiday Weekend per year. Weekdays, as needed.

Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
