Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.  
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
  • Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits  
  • Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population  
  • Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model 
What your day-to-day practice looks like:
  • 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry  
  • Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) 
  • Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients 
  • Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups) 
  • No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage 
  • In-house referral network to therapists 
  • Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

The Opportunity

Job Details Responsibilities
- + Design and oversee building-related civil engineering projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and land development.

+ Collaborate with architects, project managers, and municipal officials to ensure projects meet design intent, codes, and regulatory requirements.

+ Prepare and review construction documents, plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.

+ Conduct site assessments and provide engineering input from concept through project completion.

+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
- + Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kentucky, or the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

+ Proven experience in buildings, site development, and civil design for vertical construction projects (not road or highway work).

+ Strong knowledge of site grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.

+ Proficiency with civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar).

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, municipalities, and internal teams.
