The Role We Want You For
The Quality Control Managerwill be involved in the implementation, oversight, and management of all aspects of Quality Control program, the management and coordination of all documentation performed by testing personnel and any other inspection personnel required by contract, within the Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals sector. The role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process and working with other in-house personnel to include Project Managers, Superintendents, and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
The Specifics of the Role
- Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
- Chair, plan and schedule the weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written reports as described Provide daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and establish the Quality Program.
- Provide ongoing status updates to executive management with recommendations for dealing with substandard performance and overall progress on quality goals.
- Manage and support respective quality teams in implementing the quality program.
- Identify the appropriate standards and procedure to be used for a specific task.
- Communication to the Enterprise regarding best practices, lessons learned, recent events and training opportunities.
- Drive implementation of the Quality Program on projects, focusing on core programs including Site Specific Quality Plans, policies, and procedures on project through proactive planning, training, support and sharing lessons learned.
- Manage verification and documentation is being done for all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.
- Be involved with pre-construction meetings with new and existing subcontractors and the superintendent prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality.
- Track construction deficiencies and ensure timely implementation of, and verify, all approved corrective actions.
- Help coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems, review results, and submit.
- Assist project team to ensure subcontractor compliance to Project Site Specific Safety Plan and perform safety inspections and audits as required by Company practices.
- Skilled at maintaining and documenting conformance to developed quality plan.
- Able to monitor/manage deficiencies to quality plan and work to completion.
- Understands and monitors testing and inspection process. Maintains a positive relationship with those agencies.
- Able to identify the accuracy of subcontractor work.
- Understand inspection requirements by city, county, and state to receive TCO & CO.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related degree, or relevant work experience considered in lieu of education.

A pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an Equipment Specialist to support sterile drug product manufacturing operations. This hands-on role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment used in aseptic fill/finish processes. This individual will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is properly prepared, operating efficiently, and meeting GMP quality standards. The position will also assist with equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and technical support for the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on pharmaceutical production equipment (changeovers are a requirement)
- Support batch start-up activities and execution of manufacturing cycles
- Perform work within controlled manufacturing environments including cleanrooms (Grade A and Grade C)
- Execute aseptic operations within isolator systems when required
- Document manufacturing activities and complete batch records in accordance with cGMP requirements
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance

JOB SNAPSHOT
The Pre-Construction Manager leads the planning and budgeting phases of assigned projects, guiding design teams through programmatic, schematic, design development, and construction documentation. This role requires strong professional communication and collaboration with municipal agencies, owners, developers, architects, designers, and subcontractors. RESPONSIBILITIES
Preconstruction Planning & Budgeting
- Manage estimates, budget development, risk analysis, and client communication throughout all preconstruction phases.

Old Town Design Group is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Carmel, IN. We are a dynamic and growing custom home builder, known for developing outstanding locations with timeless home designs. FUNCTION
The Estimator serves as a vital function in the growth of Old Town Design Group. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for single family detached and attached construction projects; calculate and process Change Orders; solicit and obtain bids and proposals; facilitate cost management; produce and distribute budgets for purchasing; and, work independently and cross departmentally to reduce costs without negatively impacting quality or timeliness of construction. This is a challenging position that will require strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well under pressure when facing bid deadlines.

The Estimator will maintain the integrity of Old Town in all aspects. All responsibilities performed require extensive knowledge and understanding of all Old Town residential and commercial properties, mission and values. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates for single family detached and attached construction projects with high levels of accuracy and in a timely manner
- Solicit and obtain bids and proposals from vendors and subcontractors utilizing detailed RFQ’s
- Assist with source selection and communication of awarded contracts
- Coordinate cost estimates and budgets with Sales and Construction team as required
- Calculate and process Change Order requests on active projects per company procedures and established timelines
- Facilitate cost management and tracking of all produced estimates
- Produce and distribute accurate budget information to Purchasing per required company timelines
- Perform Gross Margin analysis on completion of each project and make corrective action to estimating means and methods as required to improve accuracy and eliminate process inconsistencies
- Work cross departmentally and with vendors and subcontractors to identify cost savings opportunities that eliminate waste or inefficiency but do not negatively impact quality or timeliness; implement as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 1+ years of residential or commercial construction estimating experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project life-cycle—scope, schedule, budget, procurement, risk, and close-out—for multiple concurrent MEP construction projects.
- Develop and manage integrated master schedules; monitor cash flow and forecast cost-to-complete to keep every project on track.
- Serve as the primary liaison among owners, design partners, trade contractors, and internal engineering resources, driving timely decisions and transparent communication.
- Oversee onsite activities during equipment changeovers and system cutovers; enforce rigorous quality and safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Author and present progress reports, change-order logs, and client billing packages; ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Champion continuous improvement by mentoring junior staff, refining processes, and recommending new tools or delivery methods.
- Support business-development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying add-on service opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field or 3+ years of relevant project-management experience.
- Proven success managing MEP construction projects valued at $3 million–$20 million+.
- Strong working knowledge of critical-facility best practices, code compliance, and permitting.
- OSHA 10/30 certification (or ability to obtain) and unwavering commitment to site safety.
- Proficiency with scheduling and cost-control software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and collaborative project-management platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities; effectively communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for a Steel Construction Project Manager. The Steel Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. Responsibilities include for coordinating with the estimator, accounting department, purchasing manager, detailers, shop foreman, and others as well as going on site visits and attending jobsite meetings. You will work with the staff through estimating, sales, project turnover, project management, detailing review, contract review, purchasing coordination, scheduling, and subcontract management. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
