About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support & Internal Sales Representative to support North American Coated Abrasives operations. This hybrid role blends customer service excellence with internal sales, pricing analysis, and operational coordination. Responsibilities
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Accurately enter, manage, and monitor customer orders in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day execution and movement of customer orders, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

- Possesses the ability to perform geometrical and mathematical calculations. In depth knowledge of advanced survey equipment; responsible for the selection, care and maintenance of all survey equipment.

Dredge Project Managers have profit/loss and overall responsibility for each project they are assigned to, and work in tandem with Project Superintendents, Engineers and the Construction/Operations/Division Manager(s) to ensure projects are successfully completed safely, on time and on budget. Understands the importance of maintaining horizontal and vertical control of underwater grades (dredge templates), pay verses non-pay quantities, the use of hydrographic surveys to monitor job progress and billings, and has the ability to read & review these surveys and bucket files to ensure efficiency of dredge operations.
Actively manages project personnel and the layout, function, and appearance of the project sites.

The MEP Superintendent’s is responsible for successfully managing all MEP critical deliverables for the project including early planning, develop schedule, coordinate MEP activities, manage critical equipment deliveries, and manage energization safety. Capable of developing required MEP tools to effectively plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to the MEP construction, startup, and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and control systems in accordance with the contract documents and project schedule. Responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members.
Responsibilities
• Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades
• Review mechanical and electrical submittals
• Manage Equipment Procurement process
• Develop MEP critical path schedule
• Track and coordinate equipment deliveries
• Coordinate and track critical path construction and startup activities
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical MEP activities
• Develop MOP for critical work in live environments
• Work with subcontractors and design team to provide conflict resolution for MEP issues
• Coordinate and manage the quality control process for MEP systems construction
• Manage startup and pretesting of mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinate and support third party commissioning activities
• Manage commissioning documentation
• Build strong subcontractor and client relations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 4 years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical System Construction
• 3 years combined experience in Mission Critical Construction, Hospital Construction, MEP Project Management, or Mechanical and Electrical System Start-up and Commissioning
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills; able to build and lead a team
• Capable in coordinating and scheduling MEP activities
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to work independently
• Motivated self-starter
• Effectively utilize computer and software technology in the performance of duties
• Preconstruction / Equipment Procurement Experience
• Willing to travel
