Prepares, cleans, assembles, and stages tanks, glassware, components, and systems for batch manufacturing operations in accordance with approved procedures.
Monitors critical process parameters, production data, and outputs to ensure compliance with batch records, specifications, and quality standards.
Identifies, documents, and escalates deviations, abnormal events, and process issues in accordance with quality systems and regulatory expectations.
Maintains accurate and complete batch documentation, equipment logs, inventory records, and other GMP compliance documentation.
Follows and reinforces standard operating procedures (SOPs), manufacturing instructions, and all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll bring

Your Role:
* Responsible to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Corporate and Local Quality requirements and for providing Quality oversight of Vantive US and Canada warehousing and distribution operations, including internal warehouse site QA activities, internal renal fleet drivers, external warehousing partners (i.e., 3PL providers, wholesalers, freight forwarders and consolidation/ deconsolidation centers), and external transportation providers.

This includes activities related to issue management (product dispositions, deviations, complaint investigations, holds), site QA management (pest control, temperature monitoring, returns, validation) and internal/supplier/3PL QA management (warehouses, internal private fleet, transportation carriers, suppliers impacting fulfillment).
* Participate in discussions and on projects and cross-functional teams as required.
* Support distribution and warehousing-associated external suppliers which includes audit support, supplier corrective action requests, quality/distribution agreements, new supplier requests, supplier notifications of change and change controls.
* Work closely with UCAN planning and fulfillment organizations to meet business goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.

· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.

What will you do?

- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.

What will you do?
