- $180,000 per year A bit about us: A growing renewable energy organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and technical accounting for its independent power production business.

This role is critical to building scalable accounting processes as the company continues to expand its utility-scale and community solar portfolio across the U.S.

The Accounting Manager will own financial reporting, operational accounting, and technical accounting related to independent power production and tax equity entities, along with full responsibility for company debt accounting.

This position partners closely with finance, legal, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes as the business scales.

Hybrid work schedule Generous PTO 401(k) + company match Parental leave Comprehensive health, dental, & vision insurance Volunteer time off Wellness programs And more Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting and period close for independent power production and tax equity entities Maintain accounting policies, processes, and internal controls with oversight from the Corporate Controller Manage annual audits and tax reporting for tax equity entities Own all debt accounting, including technical accounting, draw activity, covenant tracking, and cash sweep analysis Coordinate cross-functionally to support debt draws, contract reviews, and implementation of accounting impacts Support financial systems development and ongoing enhancements Contribute to corporate audits, technical accounting matters, and ad hoc accounting initiatives Continuously evaluate processes and systems to improve efficiency, controls, and transaction speed Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting Active CPA required 5–10 years of experience across public accounting and industry Big 4 experience is a plus Experience in renewable energy, tax equity structures, and complex debt accounting ERP experience (Sage Intacct or NetSuite is a plus) Advanced Excel proficiency Interested in hearing more? Full-Time Functional Medicine PractitionerLocation: Boulder, COStart Date: Fall 2025

Renew Wellness Co. is a modern, integrative wellness practice led by a Functional Medicine Physical Therapist. We are seeking a certified, experienced Functional Medicine Practitioner to join our collaborative and growing team. You?ll lead patient care through personalized treatment planning, diagnostic review, and high-touch support?within our proven, program-based model of care.

This is a full-time W-2 position for a Functional Medicine Practitioner who thrives in a team-based, intentional setting and is ready to grow with a brand that values whole-person healing and deep client transformation. You?ll begin with a 90-day onboarding period, including training and gradual caseload build, supported by 2 full-time Health Coaches and a dedicated admin team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 patient care (45-minute sessions, in person and virtual)
  • Conduct detailed functional assessments, interpret labs, and design personalized plans
  • Collaborate with coaches to implement clinical recommendations and track progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication in our EMR
  • Engage in team case reviews and contribute to protocol evolution

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physical Therapist (PT) or similar
  • OR holds a Master?s in Functional Medicine from a recognized institution
  • Functional Medicine Certified (IFM, Kresser Institute, or equivalent required)
  • 2?5+ years of clinical experience (conventional settings)
  • 1-3+ years of functional / integrative experience
  • Confident in lab interpretation, clinical design, and root-cause frameworks
  • Self-led, collaborative, and aligned with long-term client transformation
  • Open to working within our structured care model with flexibility to contribute
