This is a permanent full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, with a focus on AutoCAD, Engineering Design, Hydrology, and Transportation Engineering.

With at least 5 years of experience in the field, the candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage various civil engineering projects related to construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Utilize AutoCAD to design and draft detailed blueprints for construction projects.

Apply principles of Engineering Design to create innovative and efficient solutions for complex engineering problems.

Conduct Hydrology studies and assessments to understand the impact of water on construction projects, and develop strategies to manage these effects.

Participate in Transportation Engineering tasks, including the design and planning of transportation systems within construction projects.

Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Conduct site inspections to ensure construction is carried out as per the design and maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and implement them in your work as appropriate.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a Civil Engineering role.

Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of Engineering Design principles.

Experience in Hydrology and Transportation Engineering.

Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to engineering challenges.

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
