MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000. Compensation range: $180,000 base salary for a full-time position with earning potential over $250,000 after bonuses. Southland Arthritis is one of the largest Rheumatology groups in Southern California with 6 clinics (Temecula, Menifee, Hemet, Corona, Riverside, San Bernardino) and 12 providers. We are looking for a 5th experienced Full-Time or a Part- Time Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to work at our Riverside office. You must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Rheumatology practice and have experience managing DMARDs, biologics and giving steroid injections.
